One of the best car shops I’ve been to- very welcoming and we’re happy to ask what I was looking for however did not follow me around or force any cars upon me. Helena took the time to discuss all cars in the store that met my criteria, didn’t rush or pressure me. The sales team were the right balance of being helpful but not pushy. On collection day unfortunately they had fallen behind schedule however they kept checking in with me and updating me on the status of my car. I was seen to by Helena and Finnlay mainly and they were both fantastic however the team overall provided a super service with each team member asking if I was okay and also taking the time to update me on where things were up to. Would definitely use motorpoint Sheffield again.

Gianluca was so helpful from start to finish, and made the whole process simple. So helpful, in fact, that the friend who came with me on collection day ended up purchasing a car himself from Motorpoint, which he collects this week! I am thrilled with my purchase, which came at a very reasonable price.

Ok so this the third car that I’ve bought via MP and they’ve all been good experiences- however the “car service” as opposed to the sales service - is a bit of a waste of time. A car service should be a full proper service not just a pollen filter and some screen wash. That grump apart - I’ll still buy another MP car!

Very helpful and no pressure friendly and efficient

Helpful staff good selection of cars good quiet roads outside for test driving a car good price .Just need to turn music down as to loud when trying to sort out everything can miss hear what's said.

This process was a quite high anxiety event for me ,Kacia made the day special she instantly put me at ease helped me with the technical parts off the sales process was very kind and patient with me as an older person tech is not natural to me ,in fact the whole team everyone was kind and helpful very nice place to do business I will be back although not for 5or so years 👍👍

Just sold my car to Motorpoint and the whole process was quick and easy and I received the price agreed online. Can't fault them. Plus, the coffee was excellent whilst they checked the car.

From start to finish we could not be more grateful. What is usually a daunting task of finding the right car with little or no issues turned into an absolute pleasure.
We were helped by an absolutely fantastic gent Ryan at Sheffield (who’s actual job was not sales) however this was stated from the beginning it was not a problem he would help us if we felt more comfortable so he stayed with us through the whole process only passing us on to another wonderful gent/manager Adam when the need called.
They did not once hard sell us or make us feel pressured, even test drives were made easy and personal. We went in with an idea of what we wanted but after some lifestyle questions and some second to none experience and job knowledge we ended up with a totally different car that was far better suited to us than what we thought we wanted.
This has been an absolute pleasure and not once did we feel uncomfortable or out of outer depth the team really couldn’t do enough. On return to view and collect the car we were once again treated like what can only be described as valuable customers regardless of the fact we were not purchasing the most expensive items. We were even introduced to most of the team who make it work behind the scenes and told how they would be able to make the car look and drive better which once again is most reassuring. What a credit to the company these people are if everyone at Motorpoint throughout the country are like this then the sky is the limit for them!! Many many thanks to you all especially Ryan and Adam we will be returning and telling all our friends and colleagues to come too!!!

What made our purchase easy was no pushing salespeople Adam who we dealt with was fantastic put us at ease a listen to our concerns fantastic prices and even follow up from Adam asking if everything was ok that was real class

I’m a first time Customer Sheffield garage. The sales staff especially a gentleman called Gianluca were attentive and informative.
The car I purchased was also top notch. They had exactly what I wanted from their vast and varied range of cars.
Would definitely use again.

Staff are extremely helpful and they've always got a smile on there faces when you walk in.
Ive bought numerous vehicles from the Sheffield branch and wouldn't buy from any where else.
Prices of vehicles are really good

Everything was explained very well and everyone was polite and

1. The ability to aquire one day insurance cover would not work.
2. The young man who was valeting my car largely slowly walked around the car with a cloth in his hand occasionally ducking in and out of the doors, did not finish the work in a satisfactory Manor.
One normally expects the paintwork on a new purchase to be professionally prepared. A shiny surface, no smears, buffed up. The young man didn't appear to know what he was meant to achieve which is down to management. The front seat was filthy, excrement or chocolate!?
The Sheffield depot is a showroom to die for.
At one point a dozen preparation staff came into the refreshment area, Lord knows what they were doing? I got the impression because the car came in from the Swansea store they weren't really interested. All the other cars in the showroom looked immaculate in comparison. I have now cleaned the front Sea with upholstery cleaner.
Common sense tells me , if you want to present a beautiful clean car, you wouldn't do it in a dimly lit shed where it is impossible to see the grime. I wanted the car so I took it as it was.

Very efficient process with lots of communication between first enquiry call and exchanging cars (we already had a motorpoint car). Nice premises to sort details.

No issues. There was a dent on the car and they put that right. We bought the vehicle outright and although the sales person wasn't getting more commission if we did finance, in which he was a little bit cheesed off (we understood) he still helped us get the car we wanted.

Easy hassle free service selling my car to motor point. Sales person was great. The whole process was easy and straightforward and I also received £1250 more than the next closest offer from any other dealer.
