It was great service but we were given a car in red without fuel so we had to fill up urgently

Ajmal and Alex made me feel comfortable and at ease which is unusual when you're buying a car! Motorpoint Leeds had such a fantastic selection of cars too. I would go back for my next car purchase and would highly recommend!

The sale went through well, the car is great . The two sales people were very polite and friendly.

Rania was amazing and helped us enormously. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went over and above to help us. She made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Being able to leisurely browse the cars in stock, and then to test drive a few, meant we were able to choose the right car without feeling any pressure.

We recently bought a car from the new Leeds branch. Upon collection we noticed a scratch on the front. Motorpoint were very quick adressing the issue and had it sorted within 2 days. Great friendly staff and exellent follow up work by Alex L.

How easy it was to get approved for the car finance.

The young lady who dealt with our Purchase was particularly helpful and efficient.

It all went well but was hanging around 4 about 20 mins as car was still in the garage area and we were 1st appointment at 9am

Great Service

I collected my vehicle on Friday 24th July with excitement, only to be quite disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. I was made aware that damage had been caused on delivery to the site where I purchased my vehicle and that it would require painting the to rectify the damage. I didn’t mind this as accidents do happen, however when I collected my vehicle it had overspray down the near side (passenger) of the vehicle and the interior had not been cleaned to any acceptable standard. Old leaves were in the bonnet rain channels and it had clearly not been signed of as prepared to collet. Disappointed in the standard really.

After we had to wait some time to be seen too , everything was fine. All our questions were answered ; everything was put right and we drove off in our new car very satisfied.

After searching the market for a couple of months I found Motorpoint to be the fairest priced for the best quality on the particular vehicle I was looking for. After application for my chosen vehicle, everything was swift. I collected my car a week or so later and couldn't be happier with it. Alex at the Leeds branch was great and made the process smooth. I'm confident that if I was to have any after sales issues (which I can't imagine I will) I can count on Motorpoint to handle it. Overall I think Motorpoint really stand out from its competitors.

On 14/07 Paid a deposit on a sportage which happened to be located in Derby , it was supposed to be shipped to Leeds for me to collect on the 22nd July , so I sold my current car which was to be to be collected from me on the 21st , on the 20th I received an email from motorpoint to say the sportage needed a new windscreen and the sale was delayed until the 28th , but I could not pull out of the sale of my car so I had no car for a week , this purchase of the sportage was further delayed until the the 30th so on that day I caught a train to Leeds , when I arrived in Leeds station 1 hour before my appointment motorpoint called me to say they had just discovered the car was damaged inside and it needed a new part but I could still drive it away , so I walked to the garage to inspect and test drive it , on initial look round but not a detailed inspection I saw some very obvious paintwork defects , chips and scratches which I considered unacceptable on a nearly new car supposedly ready for collection , I was told they could be repaired meaning more delays and more days without a car . I decided to walk away because I just did not trust them or the car anymore .
If this is the standard of service and standard of cars motorpoint give to customers then it’s not good enough , the vehicle inspections are clearly sub standard if things are either discovered at the last moment or not at all .
The fact I was left with no car for a week then expected to be delayed further whilst body repairs and parts arrived is beyond belief.
There are hundreds of garages so my advice is buy your car from one that has respect and consideration for it’s customers and has a robust system in place to make sure cars are inspected & prepared correctly and ready when promised .
Buying a car is supposed to be a stress free and enjoyable experience, this was not either of those .
