We went to motorpoint Birtley because we had seen a car on the website that we were interested in, one of the sales team (Wayne) was very helpful and brought the car round for us, we ended up buying the car, it did initially have a problem which they rectified straight away, we are more than happy with the car and the price we paid was really good.

Great experience buying a new car
Great experience buying a new car! As always, loads of choice and cars easy to view. Saw a car I really liked, Jack was great with showing me around the car, telling me about all the features and allowing me a test drive. He was then very helpful with the sale when I decided to go ahead. It was also nice to be remembered by his colleague, Lee, who I'd bought my last car from. Very friendly place.

After searching other dealerships for…
After searching other dealerships for some days, I found my experience at Motorpoint to be incredibly refreshing. I found my vehicle online and the communication was great to gather more information and arrange a viewing. When I arrived to collect my car there was no pressure and I was given plenty of time to browse the rest of the range in case there was anything more suitable. I decided that the original car was the best fit, and the whole process was very smooth, efficient and clear. I had greater peace of mind buying from a reputable dealer with aftercare support. Whilst options for warranty etc were provided for me, there was no pressure at all which I found to be a huge relief. Would thoroughly recommend.

My experience with Tayyab was excellent. He was really friendly and helped me a lot. The only single issue I had was that when i collected my new car it was quite dirty. There was empty fruit shoot bottles under the seats and lots of crumbs around the back seats which I didn’t notice until I got home. Otherwise the service was absolutely excellent and I will use them again for future cars.
