Best Price, No Stress Refund
Booking was straightforward and at the best price around, with the added security of a full refund available up until a couple of months before our holiday. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take the holiday in the end, but Motorhome Republic handled the cancellation quickly and refunded our money without any issues.

Overall a very positive experience…
Overall a very positive experience thanks to the responsive and helpful customer support team. I had a few issues with the driver confirmation process and billing but it was quickly and correctly resolved once I queried things.

Great customer service
Initial comparison and booking process was simple and smooth and when I wanted to make an amendment, Iulia acted on my behalf with the hire agency and sorted out my request within 24hrs. Customer service was polite, understanding and extremely helpful. When matter was sorted, communication was clear and concise. Very happy with this service!

Bad experience, don't recommend it at all
I booked back in 2024 with this travel agency a motorhome, they charged me 536 sterling pounds for 2 nights and with two days before our trip they requested me on WhatsApp a copy of my licence and the counterpart being in Northern Ireland. Next day they requested me 3000 pounds as a deposit because I have 6 points on my licence. Told the rental company that we need to postpone the trip for another time, maybe next year as few points will expire. Now in 2025 I requested to rebook the trip and I was informed that is not possible anymore as cancellation fee is not refundable. So I just gifted 536 sterling pound to a company which offered me no service at all! Never ever again!

Based on your review, it seems you may have had a direct conversation with the rental provider in 2024 regarding postponing your trip. Unfortunately, we have no record of this communication on our side.
As a general policy, any amendments must be requested and approved before the scheduled pickup date. Otherwise, standard cancellation terms would apply.
If you can email us any supporting documentation, such as WhatsApp messages with the rental company, we’d be happy to review this further and see how we can assist.
