Helped my son avoid 6 penalty points and a conviction for failing to provide driver information following a speeding offence. I initially made an online enquiry and received an immediate response, followed by a free telephone consultation the next day—even on a Saturday.

My wife was charged withe the offence of "using a mobile phone while driving a motor vehicle". The vehicle was actually stationary and the phone was touched for only a few seconds and was not used (the screen was not touched, nor was the phone used to make/receive a call, nor was it used to read/send a message). The advice provided in the initial discussion with Laura Farrell was excellent and completely balanced. This advice was provided free of charge and was enormously helpful. The whole case from start to finish was smooth and quite stressful for me , but Tom made things alot easier going through everything step by step and what I needed to do . Nothing seemed too much trouble from the very first contact with Neil Davies at 8 oclock at night to the conclusion of the case against me .
