As many other reviewers have already said, they gave a recommendation on which part I needed then when I received an incompatible part they claimed "it's a universal fit and compatibility is not guaranteed"

They charged $8 shipping on a less than 1 ounce item by shipping in a gigantic box full of paper then when I requested a return they told me it would take nearly 2 weeks start to finish and I would only be getting half the price I paid back because of their "return fee". Please don't do business with them.

Their website had a picture of various parts for Kuryaken foot pegs, when i got them it was 2 bolts ONLY!
They say, ''the picture just shows all the possible parts that might come with that kit,,instead of showing the 2 worthless bolts you're buying"
Like a picture of a hamburger, but you only get 2 pickles....

This company is garbage. They sent me the wrong item and claim that since it says universal fit they it's my fault and will not return my money. They tell me the restock fee is the same price as the item itself! This is an example of dirty business where greed is the motivation and not good service. Do not order from this rip off company!

I searched several sites before choosing Motorcycleid to buy these levers. Sure, I could probably have spent a little less thru Amazon, but there is always a question as to the quality of the items. I was impressed with the reviews, both of this company AND the items I purchased and was confident that this was the best company to use.
I was correct; the levers were delivered promptly, safely and in great shape. I def recommend them...

I called in and spoke with Frank. I noticed that the dimensions on the side bags were not logical. Frank said he would call the manufacturer to confirm then call me back. He did and turns out the dimensions are not correct on the website. Once i knew which side bags i wanted, i was able to complete my order.

Don’t trust a shipping date because you will be disappointed with it. They are a horrible place to get you motorcycle parts go to Reputable company like JP cycles or Dennis kirk or V-twin or drag Specialty Brake hard counter Steer away…

This place is a scam!!
For not buy anything from them. They will take your money and send whatever they want and they do NOT do returns!!

If I could give a zero I would. They advertised in stock fast shipping. So I ordered the next day after the transaction processing they message me to say it's back ordered. Months later the ship date came and went and I get another message saying shipping indefinitely delayed. Their idea of making it right is a coupon for $25 good for my next order. Do not order from this scam site.

They are a shady drop-shipper and they are incredibly unprofessional. I asked for a refund on an item that was never delivered. They kept asking for more time while they work with the manufacturer. After a couple extensions, they then said they needed 24-72 business HOURS to get me DETAILS on my refund. That’s correct, they need an ambiguous amount of time to give me details, not the refund.
What a bunch of jokers.

Motorcycleid.com did a bait and switch on me with regards to their return policy. I would never order from them again after they refused to do a return for refund on a brand new, never-used helmet. They blamed the manufacturer for the return policy, and were absolutely unhelpful. Beware of their return policies and I would strongly recommend you buy somewhere else.

They promised the product, took my $4200, and didn't ship. They had a bunch of excuses, and I cancelled the order. Now trying to get my money back!! They say they haven't received the refund from the manufacturer, but the manufacturer says they have, over a week ago. Motorcycleid is lying to me. Tried to talk to the bookeeper, and they said that they don't take phone calls. This is a bad company to deal with!!!! I reccommend not using them!!!
