Very competitively priced insurance
It is difficult to review an insurance company unless you have had to make a claim. Motor Vision Insurance provided a very competitive price and offered extra services which were also priced fairly. Their online forms were easy to complete. From my experience so far, they appear to be a good choice. Hopefully this will continue if I ever need to make a claim but I don’t really wish to test this part of their service!

Unauthorised Insurance Renewal and Payment
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am extremely disappointed that your company took money from my bank account to renew my insurance policy after I had explicitly instructed you not to renew my insurance.
I made it clear when I initially insured my car with you last year that I did not agree to automatic renewal. I also reiterated this instruction before my insurance rran out, yet you proceeded to take payment from my account regardless.
I find this behaviour completely unacceptable. A clear instruction from a customer not to renew a policy should be respected, and money should not be taken from their bank account before and after such an instruction had been given.
I also believe that insurance companies should face appropriate penalties where they disregard customers' explicit instructions and take payments without proper authorisation. I would therefore like to know what action you intend to take to address this matter and ensure that it does not happen again.
Please treat this as a formal complaint!
