Bought my Puig screen for Honda adv 350 2025 , perfect fit and looks smart , would highly recommend
I bought on the 15th of August 2024 a paddock stand for my Honda Africa Twin, after 3 times using it was bended.
I wrote then a message on the 3th of August 2025, within the warranty period about it.
They asked for proof, after a couple of weeks I sent them some photo's of my bike on the stand and you could see that it was bended and the bike nearly fall off.
Now the are claiming that we are out the 1 year warranty and they can't do anything about it ?!?!? While my first complain and contact was in the warranty and by law : that's the date that counts.
By the way, Puig the manufacturer is claiming that the stand only can be used as the motorcycle is in the upright position which is not possible because the Africa Twin has no center stand !
To be short : I can F off ! Well we will see who can.......

Ordered a windscreen with extender for my GSA, unfortunately it arrived without the extender. After a couple of emails back and forth, the missing part was sent out. Sometimes things go wrong, but the way it’s handled is the true measure of customer service. Thank you.

Terrible experience, 3 weeks after order and no communications, I contacted Moto-Planet who advised that order would be delivered in a further 2 weeks time.
That's a total of 5 weeks from the original order date.
Seems like they order some items from third parties, and simply didn't pass my order on.
Steer well away from them if if you can tell item is not in stock, need a speedy delivery.

This shop is surprisingly good..
I have ordered a few bits at great prices before, very good already..
But what impressed me the most is how they handled a return and refund.. Near Amazon level. I purchased a set of model specific Shad panniers for my bike, which turned out to be a design failure, but Moto Planet has provided a fantastic customer service during the return process, very impressive.. I definitely put this shop on my bookmarks, strongly recommended
