I ordered aluminium profiles from MoteDis and the order was shipped on December 3rd from Spain.
As of mid-December, the shipment has still not been delivered.

The GLS tracking repeatedly showed “out for delivery”, then reverted back to “not arrived at delivery depot”. GLS themselves confirmed by email that the parcel never reached the local depot and is still stuck in transit.

I contacted MoteDis multiple times. The only response I received was a generic message blaming Christmas delays, without offering any concrete solution, delivery date, or intervention with the carrier.

I understand seasonal delays, but a shipment stuck for weeks with no real tracking progress and no support is unacceptable, especially considering the high shipping costs.

At this point I had to open a PayPal dispute due to item not received.

Good products on paper, but very poor logistics handling and customer support when problems arise.

I ordered several customised components that were manufactured and shipped in less than 24 hours after placing the order (even though processing was expected to take 3-4 days). The shipment arrived on the scheduled day. A very positive experience.

Everything was perfect. The aluminium parts were made to the exact dimensions, shipped on time, and very well packaged. A flawless service.
Looking forward to ordering again.

To date, every order has arrived on time, in perfect condition, precisely cut to size, and perfectly compliant with my specifications. The package was too light and broke during transport.
The courier closed the package with his tape but, after checking, some nuts were missing inside.
We recommend using more robust boxes for shipping.

I have already purchased three profiles that I need for a project that I have put into production.
The profiles chosen were cut to exact size and three threads were made on each one for each head.
The workmanship was precise and clean, competitive prices, considering that I buy from Italy I must say that the delivery was also fast.

Perfetto package and delivery time. Unfortunately the parcel has been delivered damaged and one of the aluminum bars ordered was scratched and also has damage as if it had taken a hammer blow. It is usable and I will not ask for a replacement. 5 stars to Motedis, 2 stars to the courier

They managed to promptly ship the package which arrived after only 3 days (in italy).

Best prices on the european market for aluminium profile. No presales support, but this is one of the reason becouse prices are so low. Anyway if something wrong with the order they help you.
