Poor packaging of liquids.
My delivery was wrecked by Parcel Force, leaking everywhere! I had to reorder; Motato's wouldn't replace it. Thus, I lost my introductory discount. However, I emailed and complained and they gave me a £5 credit against my next order ... to get free delivery of that I'll have to order more than £40s worth of goods. So the credit will be barely 10%. Not a good trading model As bad as Approved Food was!

I couldn't believe have cheap it was!
But we received everything we ordered and I've already placed an order for my mother as there's alot of things that she uses regularly. And I'll be using them in the future for alot of things too.

Always impressed when I recieve my order, this time star purchase was definitely chocolate and stem ginger cookies. They are absolutely delicious, I think I saved over £25 with this order, I always buy my dog his treats off motato as I can get more for my money.
The only reason I gave 4 stars was there was a leakage from the bottles of bleach.

Great products
Great products. Website easy to navigate. The only thing they could improve on is the packaging time especially where food is concerned. It took 3-4 days just to pack my items then when dispatched it arrived the next day. I have marked 5 start because I was made aware of this and wasn’t anything I didn’t expect. It is really great for bargains. I bought for snackage and lunchbox items. Will buy again.

Quick and easy to order,everything I've had has been stop on,however some item are a little bit more expensive than my local Pound shop.its all about saving a fee quid these day.Think they could reduce some items,if they did I would buy more to save it from going to land fill.

We always try to be as cheap as possible because we want to save as much food as possible but having said that, we also have to make sure we find a sustainable deal to make sure we can continue saving food even in the long run 💪 We won't always have the lowest price but I promise we try to be as cheap as we can.

Great service
Great service. Found the kit kat senses online and just had to get them. I date still and couldn't be happier with delivery time too. Great they use parcel force so felt safer that I'd actually get the delivery.
I do recommend but please remember items are close or just past use by date so only order things your happy to use knowing this!

Hugely disappointing
I spent £32 with this firm and every food item was past its sell by date. This affected the taste of the sweets and chocolate. Not impressed at all.

This is really uncommon for product marked with ‘best before date’ and goes more for products marked with the last day of consumption.
