Regarding my 4300 AZN withdrawal, in my first support request it was stated that the payment had been sent on 11.02.2026 at 01:13. Later, I was asked to provide a bank statement, bank response, and the withdrawal receipt. I provided all of these documents, and a new request was opened.
After 26 days, I received the following response: “During the account investigation, no withdrawal of 4300 AZN dated 09.02.2026 at 22:45 was detected. Unfortunately, since the time period allocated for checking the transaction has expired, technical confirmation of the receipt is no longer possible. We recommend contacting your bank for additional information.”
However, I have the withdrawal receipt from your website. The receipt clearly shows that I made the withdrawal from my gaming account. How is this possible? You are claiming that after checking the account, such a withdrawal could not be found, even though the receipt exists in my account history.
You are simply acting fraudulently. I have been playing on your platform for years and have deposited thousands of AZN. Now you have effectively taken my 4300 AZN withdrawal.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that you are claiming the withdrawal never existed, despite the receipt being visible in my gaming account.
On 09.02.2026, I made two withdrawals:
3500 AZN
4300 AZN
Both withdrawals were marked as “paid.” However, the 3500 AZN was successfully received, while the 4300 AZN was never paid to me.

Withdrawal Marked as Paid but No Funds Received – No Proof Provided
I am writing to report a serious issue with my withdrawal on Mostbet.
On 03/05/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 2000 EGP via Vodafone Cash to the number 01012723483. The status of the transaction in my account is clearly marked as "Paid". However, I have not received any funds in my Vodafone Cash wallet.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but instead of providing a Transaction ID or Proof of Payment, I only received generic responses asking me to wait.
This raises serious concerns:
A transaction marked as "Paid" must have a verifiable Transaction ID
The refusal to provide proof strongly suggests the transfer was not actually completed
I have also confirmed with Vodafone Cash that no transaction has been received on my account.
I am requesting immediate action:
Either provide official Proof of Payment and Transaction ID
Or return the withdrawn amount back to my Mostbet account
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate further through all available consumer protection and legal channels.
This experience has significantly affected my trust in Mostbet, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with withdrawals.

Fraudsters

Fraudsters, after winning a bet they freeze your account, demand documents and even a video call on Zoom. After completing those steps, the operator tells you to wait a few days. After a month when i was spamming their customer support, they sent me an email stating that my account has been permanently closed because of fraud or something. A Fraud? I did a normal bet on football and won big. I have after 1250 euro stuck there. Seems like they don't even want to give me back my deposit.

SCAM WARNING — Never deposit money in Mostbet.

I deposited ₹43,999.99 on 24 April 2026 through UPI. The transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my bank account instantly, but even after 13 days the amount is still not credited to my account.

I contacted support more than 20 times and also provided my bank statement, payment screenshot, transaction ID, and all proof they requested. Still no refund, no proper update, and no real solution. Every day they only delay and give excuses.

Very disappointing experience. Be extremely careful before depositing large amounts here because customer support is completely useless when problems happen.

Never play this site terrible customer service

I have a terrible experience with mostbet. I received the notification of birthday bonus 100 freespins after fighting for 30 days contacting everyday and posting in trustpilot. When I click on activate it took me to deposit page, when I contacted the customer support they asked me the screenshot of notification and status page where nothing is showing. They just sending automated message saying birthday bonus is just a gift we provide you and ending the chat. They don't have access to anything and they can't activate it for me or don't let me know how to activate it. Now even when I login and logout I am not seeing the notification again. My sincere suggestion to users not to play mostbet this is a fraud website they have a terrible customer support only wanted to close chat without any resolution, if you really want to feel pain go for mostbet, they don't give your withdrawals and don't give your bonuses they just want you to lose.

id 27845041-I have been using Mostbet since 2021 without any issues. However, on April 9, 2026, my account was suddenly frozen right after I had a big win. They asked for account verification, which I understand, but the process has been extremely frustrating and unclear.

I submitted all the required documents on the same day. On April 15, I received a reply asking for additional documents, which I promptly provided. After that, I received no response.

On April 20, I followed up again, and they replied the same day asking me to resend documents I had already submitted, along with a bank statement and email ID for Zoom video verification. I completed the video verification on April 22, and the interviewer confirmed that my verification was successful.

Despite completing both document and video verification, I have not received any further updates. Now I am being told via email that I need to wait up to 60 days.

This situation raises serious concerns:

Why was my account frozen immediately after a big win?
If both document and video verification are completed, what is still pending?
Why is there such a long waiting period with no clear communication?

This experience has been very disappointing. I would like a clear explanation and a faster resolution

I had a very bad experience with this betting website. I requested a withdrawal of 150,000 PKR
06.06.25 at 19:51 via bank transfer), and the system shows the payment as “successfully made.” However, I never received the funds in my account.

When I contacted support, they claimed the money had already been sent and provided a screenshot as “proof,” mentioning an agent named Kabeer. The screenshot they shared appeared to be from a previous or unrelated transaction and did not match my actual withdrawal details. This raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received my money, and the support team keeps repeating the same response without properly investigating the matter. It feels like they are avoiding responsibility instead of helping a customer.

This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform, especially when it comes to withdrawals. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this service with my money.

Mostbet blocked my account

Mostbet blocked my account , 2 years ago i told the customer support to delete the mostbet account linked with this email: zolin******@gmail.com because i cannot access it because i forgot the password and i cannot recover it, so they told me they delete the old account to keep my current using one and thats it. I quit for almost 2 years and then i came back to betting again, i deposited some and this time i got some winning, i wanted to withdraw and it asked for phone number, i typed it in and its denied said i need to contact support. Support maja said in order to keep my currently using account and be able to withdraw i need to send photo of my id both sides, and a selfie with me holding my id card, after done i sent it to data******@mostbet.com which i have done then i got a confirmation email that my issue has been resolved, after that i cant even login to my active account via gmail. Now i that i cant log in i dont even have access to my funds. 220€ held hostage in my restricted active account, support just keep bla bla same messages everytime. Do you all have any advice what should i do, 220€ i know that its not much, but it is definitely an amount i shouldnt just let go…. After seeing all the negative reviews 4500 reviews and 70% all 1 star i think its hopeless.. i order kindly that yall should transfer all that 220€ to the last cent to my bank account, since yall blocked my user account with absolutely no reason.
