Innovative, science-based rewilding projects coupled with a strong and consistent commitment to transparency with regular reports and calls for feedback which they have demonstrably been responsive to.
All of it well-documented through a series of videos and blogposts that show results, celebrating successes but not shying away from discussing failures and changes in strategy as well.
Forests, grasslands, swamps or reefs, charismatic ground squirrels across vast European grasslands or miniature mollusks living on a single stretch of cliffs: If they see a way to help life to thrive, they will do it, either by people working for the organization, or by funding, documenting, and checking in with local community-led efforts.
I've been a member for over two and a half years now, so it's odd to give a single date for my experience, but I've not been disappointed by them yet. To the contrary, I have been delighted to see the scope and reach of their projects expand while continuing to uphold their high transparency standards.

When I find groups like this, it strengthens my belief that, "We will be OK." The future will be in the hands of young people with the skills and the will to fix many of the issues caused by prior generations (to include mine).

In my retirement years, I am a guest speaker on cruise ships and feature Mossy Earth's work in Iceland in one of my talks. In some small way, I would like to think, I am getting the word out that groups like Mossy Earth are making a difference for future generations.
