I paid €17.99 for a months subscription and I got NOTHING from them

Scam!!! they charge you double, still waiting my refund, asked for subscription cancelation but it is difficult to know if they will try to charge you again. The suggested outfits are outdated and have nothing to do with your preferences or your style. Scam!

Although I cancelled their service, they keep billing me.

So, I went on Amazon to learn more about the Mosso brand. Turns out there is no affiliation; although their advertising proudly proclaims they offer “Amazon capsule” styles, implying a relationship. Buyer beware if you think there is any reason Amazon would back up their sales. There is a tiny disclaimer at the bottom of their ads, that there is no relationship, but the Amazon label is in much larger print. Just be careful of what you sign up for.

I'm just getting started! Based on the questions asked, I love most of the answers I received. And I think the feedback I received that I am unsure of...maybe that's what is holding me back from being my 'Best Me'. So much to learn!

I’m new at this, but so far I love it! I’m happy to see how to pull items together to make an amazing look. I also really appreciate the color palette, the best choices for me. Wonderful experience so far!

I had a terrible experience with Mosso AI and would strongly caution anyone considering using it.
I signed up based on their advertised brand partnerships, only to find that the brands they promoted were not actually available on the platform. That alone felt misleading, but what happened next was even worse.
I emailed to cancel my account and received a confirmation stating that my account had been canceled. Despite having this in writing, they went on to charge my card two more times. When I reached out to resolve it, they refused to issue a refund and claimed that I “didn’t actually cancel” — even though I have clear email records proving that I did.
This is not just poor customer service — it feels deceptive and careless with customers’ money. Charging someone after confirming cancellation is unacceptable, and refusing to correct the mistake is even worse.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company.

This is my original review that accurately reflects my experience. It has been flagged twice now by Mosso firstly wanting me to give them my personal details to ‘verify my experience’ and then when my review stayed up was flagged for being defamatory. Hmm 🤔! They have flagged a number of one star reviews trying to get them all removed, make of that what you will! This is what I posted, updated to reflect the update they made to the avatar in their app:
I did not deeply research this company before buying 4 weeks subscription to their app. If I had done so, in hindsight I would have not paid. These are the numerous reasons I have for giving a low review:
1. Aside from the five star reviews, some of which are oddly written (f a r m e d), the thing I find strange is that at the moment of writing, they do not have an App and are not found anywhere on the App Store or Google Play. Instead you are redirected to and encouraged to download their ‘website’ to your Home Screen - which seems scammy at best.
2. My biggest issue is that once you have completed the initial quiz, there are four parameters that are absolutely impossible to change or modify afterwards including: age bracket, location/weather/temperature, quality of clothes or brand category (eg high street brands vs luxury options) and style of clothes you apparently like. I hate hate HATE ‘athleisure’ but for some reason I cannot fathom, Mosso seems to think that I love it and that I genuinely enjoy seeing clown pants offered three different ways as an ‘outfit option’.
3. To follow on from that comment, it is literally a carousel of the SAME clothes (same clown pants!) shown every day in varying rotations and it’s honestly getting boring only a week or so in. This is NOT inspirational.
4. In the ‘Create an Outfit’ section there is absolutely no way in which to filter the giant mound of clothes crucially by colour (so I can choose colours that suit my season maybe??), subcategory (eg for outerwear, a subcategory of say ‘blazer’, ‘jacket’, ‘cardigan’ etc would make way more sense and even ‘shop availability’ as half the items I clicked on weren’t available or in stock 😐 So to create an outfit you painstakingly have to scroll through the mound of unchanged clothes to get to the items you want to pair together, and hope they actually work with that much effort!
5. Since my original review, the avatar situation has now changed (improved!) and you have the option of creating your own avatar based on your photo or an AI avatar. That’s great but you still can’t filter the clothes.. so the limitations remain :/ Developers, you appear to be reading (and flagging) all the negative reviews on here so how about you spend that energy trying to fix the clothing filter system instead of trying to make your company look good? Thanks.
6. All the other reviews on Trustpilot that have been replied to by the company seem to be unironically stock AI responses, perhaps you should personally reply to the reviews on here publicly so that you don’t seem like a large faceless conglomerate? You also might win public trust that way.
7. The refund policy appears ambiguous and shady on reading the fine print which lowers public trust and seems scammy. Reputable companies don’t have a problem with offering a full refund in the event it is needed, as they are confident in their product and that people won’t feel the need to request one.

Was meant to be a one time purchase, but set up a recurring payment on your card. When I change this, they offered me a 50% refund. Typical scammers. You have been warned.

Avoid like the plague!
-The 28 day ‘Master Yiur Wsrdrobe’ course didn’t work properly for weeks so I let them know I needed a free extension of the time period but they charged me anyway. No response so far to my request for a refund and confirmation that they will not take any further payments.
-The outfit suggestions made for me were mostly bizarre and didn’t adjust according to the ones I did select.
-If you want to try creating an outfit there are no filters so you have to scroll all the way through all the items every time.

MOSSO offers tips for purchasing and wearing suitable clothing — suitable styles and colors for your body type and personal features. This program feels more personal than other capsule clothing apps I’ve considered. I’m in for the long haul.

Once expressed interest. That became a "subscription" that I can't turn off. My account is being billed without any service.

I love this app but I am not
sure they got my color match right. I rarely ever wear pastels because they make me look tired. Also, the first week of challenges wants you to get rid of cloths you don't wear. I have a lot of cloths, so one week is not enough time. Also I have favorite pieces that I have saved for years that are going back in style and I wear again. How should we be handling that and my curated capsule wont open so I can get ideas.
I love the guidance and ability to use your own wardrobe to get ideas for how to style them. This app is informative and definitly helpful.

This is a terrible service. Make sure you cancel your subscription if you get a discounted deal because they will charge you three
times that amount the next month.
As for the app it doesn’t work. The style advice and out fit choices are ridiculous.

I did the quiz and paid the 4wk money. None of quiz answers transferred into the app. They sent me an email but says there is no account with that email so won’t refund my money. Thus I got no value or benefit from signing up. Don’t waste your money. Can’t contact them since they say they don’t have my email. Frustrating!!
I did find a way to contact them via email ans in some reviews they listed ann email contact. They cancelled my account which I’m glad they did but didn’t refund my money as requested. Thus buyer beware!!
