It was a quick and easy way to get my last minute tix. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that when I opened my tix email, the screen that loaded did not have the QR code for the door staff to scan. My friend, who booked differently, did have this. Luckily door staff were satisfied with my ticket and let me in.

We have been waiting on a refund for Bluesfest for over 2 months
We have been waiting on a refund for resold/returned tickets from Bluesfest for over 2 months. Communication from Moshtix has been abysmal amd they have no contact number so you have to go through ticket support and wait over 2 weeks for a vague, unsatisfactory response. We have been told the refund has been paid although no money has been returned to us and we have asked on numerous occasions for confirmation that the refund has been processed and the amount due (this has still not been specified although we have requested the amount multiple times) this is rediculous and should not be the case with an Australian company supporting large Australian events.
Mostix, please contact us urgently and confirm the date the refund was processed and the amount due.
