Both Dylan and Rachel were fantastic from start to finish. Our mortgage needs were slightly "trickier" than standard (being self employed with only 1 years worth of accounts) but they managed to get us a very competitive deal and made the entire process feel "easy." Nothing was a problem or too much trouble and they guided us through every step of the way. Thank you both!

Dylan and Kye were exceptional, their knowledge of the field was second to none, after 1 failed attempt with another broker I contacted Dylan, who assured me from the first phone call he could assist and he did.

NewWave is soo good for foreign business owners!
As a foreign business owner, most brokers don't know where to start with my income situation. New Wave took great care of me, and got us over the line with a good result. I will say that if you have a unique situation, you should budget around 2-3 times whatever their timeline estimate is, but that's not really on them; it's the banks.

What a great breath of fresh air from this New Wave FS mortgage broker.
My case was far from simple. Self employed with a limited company, Im 70yrs old and was finding it very difficult to find a broker that would take up the case. Kye, David & Debbie all understood the situation and got me a mortgage offer. Always communicate and kept me in the loop at all stages.

FINALLY, I got a mortgage offer! after 6 years being self-employed and having previous adverse credit - I contacted New Wave just to see what options I could potentially have available to me and how far away I'd be from getting a mortgage.. little did I know in just a couple of weeks I would of had a mortgage offer!! Self-employed mortgage review
Daniel Cosgrove has advised me on a self-employed mortgage and kept my file open over the past year whilst navigating a divorce. He has been clear, patient, and supportive when discussing my options. His advice and knowledge meant I could successfully get a mortgage, which has been transformational in life moving forward. I highly recommend him to assist with self-employed mortgages.

It is perfectly true that there are fewer things more stressful in life than buying a home. If you're self-employed, or simply have complicated circumstances, then New Wave can help you like they did us. Kirsty and Rachel were both brilliant! Even when it seemed virtually impossible to achieve, Kirsty found the right lender for us. I reckon she could find a needle in a haystack. Rachel guided us effortlessly through the process of dealing with the underwriters, who seemed to have never-ending requests for yet more information and documents. Both Kirsty and Rachel were utterly professional and courteous throughout the whole process, and at the same time friendly, and sympathetic to my frustrations at all the hurdle-jumping.
They made the whole process so much more bearable, and I would highly recommend them and their company.
