They seem not have time to talk, or care.
It was the 3rd time that I tried to talk with them. Both times before they just called after the scheduled time. This time they did not call, I was waiting after I cleared my agenda for the afternoon.
I sent an e-mail today asking why they did not call and he just said that they have to charge 100 euros upfront to talk with me. There is no charge indication on their website.
I just lost my time with them, so take care.
