I recently had the chance to work with Dilesh Patel on my mortgage renewal. It was an extremely pleasant experience starting from approaching him to discussing the options (considering that we were quite close to the renewal date). What I found extremely useful was fact that all choices(renewal options) with their pros/cons were discussed with us. Would be using his services again
