Genuinely had such a pleasant experience working with Guy. Guy has many years experience and was supportive, knowledgeable and professional throughout our communication. It was refreshing to talk to someone giving the best advice for us despite whether it benefits him immediately or not. He provided detailed options free of charge to find the best option for me. He was honest with us and advised us that our current situation (being expats abroad) limited our options and advised us to wait and remortgage in the future. I would recommend him without hesitation for honest advice that has your best interests in mind and not just trying to force a deal for personal gain. I will absolutely use his service when the time comes and he already sent me a list of everything I need to provide so that I can move forward without any issues. 100% recommend and happy I found his service.

Clarissa has been very helpful in securing us a mortgage, and also has been very supportive in helping us understand the process, especially with us being first time buyers. When we we were about run out of the mortgage expiry date, due to us taking time in choosing the right house, she did all the work for us to extend the date, all the while keeping us informed. Couldn't recommend them enough. Very pleased.
