What a great experience from the start, Both Jimmy and Joanne were always contactable, they are extremely polite and well versed in their field. Jimmy was able to source very competitive quotes and as a result even kept to his word and drove the completion through the extremely busy Pandemic. Joanne frequently followed up, chased for the mortgage - start to finish was 3 to 4 days. Mortgage focus can certainly be trusted to deliver on their word, to me they have an ethos of customer service and i have to say their focus is spot on. I also would like to add, i asked for details of a solicitor, Jimmy recommended a firm, i was experiencing some delays, but after escalating to Jimmy these issues were very quickly resolved and all was great in the end

I couldn't recommend and better company! Form the moment I spoke with Sally Cockburn, I felt comfortable and in a safe pair of hands. She took time to understand my needs with regards to my mortgage, look into my position and was knowledgeable with the products she recommended - tailoring her recommendations to my needs. The communication was quick and efficient and I was not asked for excessive documentation. More importantly everything was completed in a timely manner without any stress.

Excellent Service and a Great Mortgage

We received mortgage advice from Sally Cockburn and proceeded with a mortgage, with Skipton, at a fantastic rate. Unfortunately our first property, we had to withdraw from, due to issues with the structural warranty, which Skipton would not lend on. Sally gave us great advice, discussed alternative providers and encouraged the vendor's estate agents to understand the issues. She was responsive and helpful. We eventually bought another property and had to increase our mortgage, which Sally arranged seamlessly. It was a long process but Sally was helpful, throughout and kept us sane. We are now in our dream property, with an incredibly competitively priced mortgage. Thanks Sally and Joanne for your great service!

We had the delight, pleasure and good fortune, of coming across Joanne and Jimmy at Mortgage Focus when searching for a mortgage advisor to support us in purchasing our first home. Joanne and Jimmy at Mortgage Focus were brilliant throughout the whole process of my girlfriend and I buying our first home, making everything a lot easier than we had expected.
As first time buyers we were very unsure of what we had to do, but with the help and guidance we were provided throughout we felt very comfortable during what is normally considered a very stressful process.

Great service from start to finish! Made our mortgage such an easy process and gave us a great deal on home insurance also. Appreciate all their hard work for us especially during the COVID-19 period which has been difficult for us all! They also introduced us to the first home fund which was amazing for us and helped our affordability massively.

Saw this company online and I was having trouble acquiring a remortgage due to my age.They had my case for months where I had to keep checking how things were progressing but kept getting false hope.Eventually they passed my case to a specialist company who were incompetent also.I decided to go for it myself and found a great Scottish company who couldn't have been more helpfull mortgage sorted panic over but no thanks to this company who wasted my time.Beware !!
