The trainer was Francis Kwateng, honestly the best trainer and teacher I have ever had, on any course. Absolutely knew the topic inside out, I was left feeling very impressed and have taken away some real valuable insights for me to use. I am a very detailed person, but I was left truly humbled and challenged for this role moving forwards at BDW.

really impressed with the course it was informative and for someone like myself doing the course for the first time i thought the teacher was fantastic at explaining each ite.

The course was really good and the the instructor was really helpful and answered questions in depth when we asked her a question.

The tutor kept us all engaged throughout the day and got use all interacting with each other which made the day more easier

Silvian completed the course content at pace, which suited experienced refresher course, with engaging Q&A at the end of each section, and group exercises.
Would definitely recommend him and Morson Nexus to other colleagues.

As the course was delivered online, it would make it a bit easier if workbook was emailed prior to the course as quiet a bit to take in .
