The warranty is just on paper

The warranty is just on paper. When it comes to actually honouring it, they back off. Bike blight with a defective battery locking mechanism. They refuse to replace the lock putting all the blame on the user, when it didn't work from day 1. So I basically cannot remove the battery from the bike and have to live with it. Their best answer was: "go to some locksmith and repair it yourself".
Zero respect for customer.
A bunch of scammers!
