When I signed up for universal credit in January this year, the job centre gave me a list of job agencies operating in the Thanet and surrounding areas.
I called Morgan Jones and a pleasant and polite Alanta Gainsford answered. She took a few details and asked me to send through my CV.
Before long I had some temporary work.
Following that placement, Nicole Ramsey from Morgan Jones, called me into the office for an inperson chat, again polite and professional, and she offered me a 2 month placement which has full time potential.

I have been out of work for 6 weeks now and really starting to worry about the bills mounting up.
I registered with Morgan Jones.
Today I got a call from a very helpful yiu lady called Nicole asked if I was working and that she thinks she has a job that would suit me. Within 3 hours I had a job interview and I start work tomorrow morning.
I’m a very relieved man and a very happy one now I’m back in work

I’m moving over onto my job now, but Morgan jones has been amazing to me, always made sure to sender any questions I had and made sure I was all settled in, Libby was absolutely amazing to me and made me feel very comfortable, so thank you :)

I phoned Morgan Jones and spoke to a lovely young lady named alanta just to make an enquiry. She was really great very helpful and polite and informative she has a great telephone manner very easy to talk to. Great customer service.

Ive had plenty off help and simple direct instructions too sign up were clearly explained by Libby Leagas-Martin. After 2 days i was placed straight into a job. Could not ask for a better agency too be dealing with.

The role I applied for was Warehouse/stock control manager which I used to do in my past for a few different companies. It was something I loved doing and excelled at. However my last 8-10 years work experience has been something completely different (hgv2 driver )and most people would just look at that and not even consider something outside that.
I cannot thank Libby enough. She was lovely from the first call she made to me. She never tried to push me or pressure me into going for roles I didn't want (like trasport or driver). She took the time to look at my CV and speak to me to find out why I was working for the last decade as a hgv2 driver. She listened to what I enjoyed doing and achieved in the past rather than just been blinded by most recent position.
Libby communicated with me through every step before and after the interview processes and even a few weeks after I had settled in.
So far I am loving my new role and couldn't be happier, getting up Monday morning is no longer a dred going to work.
This was my first time applying for a job through an agency and I can say without question it was the best choice I made.
