I have been struggling since Jan 2024 with a TBI and as a nurse who is not able to work, this is a big hit to covering our bills and life. The accident was hitting a 3 week brand new car. I have had many paralegals or representatives the last I found out left when I called and his number wasn't in service. I also found out about 3 weeks ago my attny was out on Paternity leave? So out of my whole almost 2 yrs my chosen for me attny has been out of office- should I not have known This? Supposed to be getting to deposition stage next. Im losing hope. I have other wolves at my door over bills.

They are garbage in my opinion. Pretty useless if you ask me

I submitted a form on their website for a consultation. I received a prompt callback from an Indian callcenter. We went over everything, then he said he was going to see if this was a case they would take and hung up on me.

I got repeated calls asking me to answer the same exact questions. I told them to stop calling me because they don't seem to communicate in house.

I kept getting calls, multiple a day. They call and hang up then immediately call back. This happens multiple times a day. I have spoken to someone who sounds American, and told them to remove me from their list because they called me from another phone number. I've already blocked two because the calls WILL NOT STOP.

Stay far away from this company. They will call you at the earliest possible time in the morning until the latest time at night. They will not remove you from their list. They will not honor your demands to stop calling; it is harassment to repeatedly call someone who has asked you to stop if you have no legitimate purpose to contact someone. I made it very clear, multiple times, that I am done trying with this company.

If I receive one more call from them, I am going to the police and filing a lawsuit.

Fully regret ever using Morgan and Morgan they are nothing but scammers who take money from unsuspecting ppl who trusted them . Both me and my wife have been fighting them for over a year just to get one truthful statement. We will never use Morgan and Morgan again we recommend no one uses them they will take 40% of your money and lie to you the whole way. Our lawyer pond scum pat is especially disgusting. He is probably their top liar

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan. During the first six months, my case was passed between five different attorneys and case managers, and I was never notified about any of these changes. The early teams handling my case didn’t manage it correctly and rarely communicated with me.

I sent a certified letter to John Morgan in May, outlining my concerns; yet, neither he nor anyone from the executive office responded. My final attorney, Raul, reached out once but then stopped returning calls and text messages. My last case manager, Brandon, also failed to return messages and only finalized my case after I contacted the firm to file a complaint.

Because of the inconsistent handling, lack of communication, and overall poor service, I don’t believe the firm earned the full retainer they were paid. My experience also showed me that their claim of being “for the people” is nothing more than false advertising.

If I need legal help again, I’ll be calling Dan Newlin instead.

You can seriously just do the job you promised the customers. Quit trying to single out the most profitable cases for the good lawyers and give the shit ones to the new attorneys.

I would not recommend this law firm. I filled out the form online. They literally blew up my phone and called me 2-3 times a day for an entire week straight. They also emailed every time after they called. I finally get a chance to call them back and the guy asks me a few intake questions then proceeds to say they would call me back. Their form says they offer a free consultation, but apparently they do not as the furthest I got after calling them back was just intake questions. That is not a consultation. Why did this firm feel the need to blow my phone up like spam and then not even offer the consultation? Do not waste your time.

This company initially quoted me a specific settlement amount and assured me that was what I would receive. Later, I was told I would be getting far less because of payments that had to be made to the VA and other parties. Had I known this from the beginning, I may not have agreed to settle at all.

I have been dealing with significant pain and ongoing medication side effects, and clearer communication would have made a major difference. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency left me very disappointed.

Horrible communication switched my attorney 4 times. Lied about the amount I would receive, took more money from my settlement than originally agreed, then kept partial of my money 4 months past the release time.

I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm after my car accident. I came to them seeking support and guidance during one of the hardest times in my life, but instead I was met with impatience and a lack of compassion.

Throughout the process, I often felt dismissed and disrespected when I tried to explain my injuries and situation. Even after I provided medical documents, I was spoken to in a harsh tone instead of being helped to understand the next steps.

I was left feeling unheard and unsupported, especially after suffering a concussion and ongoing health issues from the accident. I expected professionalism and empathy from a firm that handles injury cases, but that’s not what I received.

I hope they treat future clients with more care and understanding than I experienced.

It’s 10/02/25 , Currently a client since 04/2024. Im on my 2nd lawyer . This law firm is a marketing mirage . No good advice at all. I have to look things up myself and call doctors myself. I feel like im fighting this case alone 😢 Please do not entrust your case with these people. Ive had others lawyers never experienced such disregard. Please pray for me and my family 🙏

This is what I wrote and still turned me down because they couldn't win the case and make billions right. I'm James Wesley Liles I live with my mother. The situation is quite complicated I will try to explain to the best of my ability. I tried reaching out to wsoc-tv on multiple occasions and they ignored me. Me and my mother lived in a double wide home it had to be condemned at that time I was desperate to to find help. Since then me I finally made my point known to the landlord. So the landlord perchances a single wide home. And they sent us a contract for my mother and myself to sign I did not want to sign it but really had no choice. Now the contract states the single wide home belongs to my mother and she can do anything she wants with it. Except she does not have the title the single wide. The landlord has preyed on our ignorance many times this time to far. Like I said above I tried reaching out to wsoc-tv legal aid. And they preyed on my ignorance. Forgive me for being blunt but I do know what's going on I know my rights. Wsoc-tv, legal aid and etc. It hurts me being diabetic, on disability for many years my mobility has dropped. I do apologize the mobile home is in desperate need of new windows they do leak the roof needs some repairs and kitchen has water damage due to the leaking window. And it’s all reminding me of the old resident we rented from the same landlord and I replaced the windows flooring etc. 1 problem for me is I’m not supposed to be telling you about these problems please help me.

I’ve been disabled due to medical malpractice for over two years. I’ve contacted several firms, Morgan and Morgan being the most recent…and I’m afraid…last! I had great hopes that that this firm was going to actually Help me! It’s become a rather long story, but now, after major painful reconstructive surgery, I’m still quite severely disabled. I was passed around from unidentified person to unidentified person on the phone, then after nearly two hours, the poor girl who was ‘up next’, apologized, and informed me that my case wasn’t for them, and they’d refer me to another firm. Imagine how that made me feel after struggling without the use of my left arm for over a year! I wouldn’t recommend this firm to my worst enemy, and I have none of those. Now I watch these lying commercials every day, and it literally exacerbates the pain and injustice I feel each and every painful day I’m alive! What kind of ‘help’ for ‘victims’ is that? I wish I could have found a firm who wasn’t afraid to fight for a victim who truly deserved a solid representative! Ignore the commercials folks, this firm is only as mediocre as its most recent fifteen second spot! Sorry, it’s just the honest truth!

I had Craig Stewart as an attorney for Morgan & Morgan he was going to sit on my case for $16,000 on a workman's comp I am permanently disabled I was disgusted I was expecting a hundred times that I ended up settling with another attorney for $150,000 when Morgan and Morgan was going to settle my case for 16,000 158 to be exact and once told me he had 300 clients How can any attorney manage 300 clients I highly recommend mark Lee out of Tampa

This law firm is full of shit I cuss a couple of the lawyers out when the first took my case they made it seem like I was going to get this big amount after all the bullshit it wasn't what they said and if I go to court they'll just drop me from the case morgan and morgan stop lieing saying you are for the people that shit is a straight up lie

I got into a car accident on June 18th. I hired these people and signed all the documents, provided documents they needed on Friday. A lady named Maddie called and stated she was working on setting up a doctor's appointment for me. Then Monday came by, nothing yet. I sent emails and no response. An attorney named Kelsey accepted my case. I called today to find out what's going on and complain that their service is slow. Maddie would already had an appointment with the doctor. Maddie told me the attorney has over 200 cases. The way I see it, attorneys should have no more than 10 cases so they can spend little more time with clients. Too many cases can lead to distractions, errors and so m8ch more. So today Maddie called me and told me that Kelsey would no longer represent me and gave no reasons. The attorney was very unprofessional who couldn't call her clients but could email. So they violated the breach of contract and caused damage. I am looking for another attorney to take my case and who can focus more on the clients. Kelsey should be disbarred and Maddie should be terminated. It does not take long to set up an appointment. They are all about money, wasting clients' time and never care about the people as they claim to fight for the people. To me, I don't think they can handle pressure from clients or the frustrations. Wished I had read all the reviews. I am looking to sue for damage. Those in the past who were canceled by this company can sue for damage and breach of contract. Never in my life have I heard of an attorney who can't take on accident cases unless you complain about their performance, so they decided to drop you before they get in trouble when you complain about them. This company should respond swiftly, work faster and take less cases to focus on clients more. Got a different lawyer the next day. The day I was in the office, he made an appointment for me to see a doctor friday and took him 10 minutes vs Morgan & Morgan had not made any progress for 2 days except give me excuses.

They did a case for wrongful death on our mother they were very incompetent they told us if we didn’t settle they would sue us then took all the money and we were left with penny’s. Please do not ask them for anything they will rob you blind an they side with the doctors

They make me sign a representation document without really reviewing my case. They made me upload all very sensitive personal information.They even sent a letter to the company I was trying to claim some compensation for the accident without my knowledge only to drop my case a week later without my consent. They also misrepresented my claim to the company. In short they seem to rubberstamp cases and not be very ethical. Be careful about uploading your personal information! They will give it to third parties and have a disclaimer that they cannot really protect your personal information.
