Ordered (and paid) 9 pair of pantyhose. Received only 8 pairs. Several messages sent with no reply. I proposed her to send the missing package at the next order, but she refused

Have bought multiple items without any issues, but my most recent order is a complete joke.

Paid nearly £40, but have not received the goods due to their own error recording the value of the items which customs stopped and I’m still waiting for the goods from over two months ago and without a refund.

Paulina’s communication is random and totally void of any responsibility.

I received the completely wrong package (in fact much more expensive than I ordered). I was trying to communicate with the seller to solve the issue but without success (they just ignored all messages, even though they should be interested to get the expensive shipment back). I sent the wrong package back to the seller at my own expense (international shipment, which is quite expensive!!!).
Finally, after numerous tries to get a response, I got the short message that the seller would send the correct order, but it never did (>2 months after the placement of the order).
Also, they ignored my expenses of handling the wrong order. They do not communicate and don't reply to emails.
Avoid the seller (beli.pl, moretights.com) if you do not want trouble.

I ordered one bra at an affordable (Kinga - Polish brand) it arrived in a box and wrapped in wrapping paper - perfect condition. I can tell the bra was new and not tried on before.
For whatever reason, Canadian Customs held on to the box for a long time, it was quite delayed - not More tights fault though, it's just the fault of Canadian Customs. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase!! I would order from them again, but know that the shipping may be delayed in Canada, as they may have to go through customs at border, fyi.

Several orders were fulfilled without any problems.
Reasonably fast and correct deliveries.
However, my last order of 7 December 2021 ended badly.
Incomplete delivery (13 stockings not delivered because sold out) and an e-mail that I would get my money back.
After 2.5 months, I still have not received my money back.
I have not received a reply to my e-mails (in order to find out when the refund will be made) and they cannot be reached by phone.

I sent the correct money in advance, now two months ago...!
But no delivery so far,
- no reply on any of my emails and
- no reaction even on the official payment proof, either.

Ordered 70 pair of tights and over a month later only received 1/2 of the order! The pricing was good at 70 pairs, but at 35 it is a complete rip off!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed an order for £17, got an email saying they no longer hat the items I ordered in stock. They gave me an option, wait for more stock, order a replacement or a total refund, I chose the total refund and I have not yet received it. I have sent them multiple emails to get this sorted out but they have never replied. Do not trust this company they are nothing but a bunch of scammers .

BIG RIPPOFF

Very bad service. Have ordered two sport tights and both were not the right size (while I had ordered via the size model). I have send them both back, with a note inside with the bankaccount number for a refund. I have also emailed them several times and I only received once an answer that they had not yet received the items back. Meanwhile we are 1,5 month further!! and I still have not received a refund NOR do I receive any answer to my emails anymore. Stupid company, scam.
