Sent the wrong carving to me
Sent the wrong carving to me. Told me after canceling my order due to out of stock that they did have one last one that was shipped. The item shipped was someone else's order. Seems a little disorganized but were nice and sent prepaid shipping label to return errant order

Lovely Experience
We needed a ceiling medallion to cover some holes left by light fixtures. Their website is easy to use and the images are clear and well-shot so you can see what you're getting. I called customer service to ask about mounting and the man who answered (on a Sunday) was very helpful and friendly. It arrived in about a week, was very safely packaged and came out undamaged. The medallion is beautiful, exactly what we're looking for and seems very sturdy for something so light.

cheap foam shelf
the product is foam composite and I thought it would be a wood composite. It won't hold much up as foam. It wasn't clearly marked within the product description and the tag attached was misleading as luxurous shelves. I won't be buying from you again. Please do not send me emails.
