Terrible - CA

Terrible, no-one knows how the deposit bonus works you will just end up losing all your money, terrible customer service they all follow robotic responses and don't answer the question.

And No, you can't even withdraw what you deposited.

Hi Truth. With the withdrawal, you will need to be fully verified to take out any funds, whether that's a deposit or winnings. That's a normal practice.

As for customer service, get in touch with us on social media and you certainly won't get what you have described as a "robotic response". We are in close liaison with our Live Chat team, so we can do our best to assist you.

Hi Col. That's a bit brash without explanation - we carry out checks required for verification so our customers are betting in a safe environment. We have to ask for ID, such as passports, drivers licence, utility bill and bank statement. All details clear to see. Industry standard. You have to pass these to register and especially for withdrawing.

Avoid at all costs - steal your money

Avoid at all costs. Unlawfully refusing a payout because I used a joint account and they claim it is not in my name. Making arduous, unnecessary and unethical demands (for bank statements including SWIFT/BIC numbers etc.) which are simply unacceptable.

Reported to IBAS and will pursue in the small claims court as these companies should not be permitted to steal from customers. DO NOT USE.

UPDATE - Well although your passive aggressive response (clearly a social media team tasked with giving off a “cool” vibe) was entertaining it doesn’t stop you from being crooks - happy to take money in the deposits; happy to take bets; not so happy to let you withdraw money. Thankfully I’ve just placed bets to the amount in my account, matched them on the exchange and netted a nice profit so thanks, I can now close my account 😊

Hi, this is not what we want to hear, as we want a much better experience for everyone. Our banking team must carry out the necessary checks and due diligence on our customers for safety. If it's a joint account, OK, they need to find out more that's it's definitely you. Of course we'll need to see statements and proof you say who you are and it's in your name. This is all for your benefit.
To say we "steal" from customers is simply not true in the slightest. We would rather you were looked after than not. Our team our doing the right thing. They are doing their job and we hope to have you back in the game ASAP once checks have been carried out fully.

Awaiting a payout

Awaiting a payout. After previously paying out for smaller amounts without any verification checks and taking my money repeatedly without any checks, now that I have won a larger sum they are requesting all sorts of proof and delaying my withdrawal. Happy to remove this review and change to a positive one if we can sort this out speedily.

Awaiting a response to my questions on their twitter solutions page.

Hi Thomas. Indeed, we now require customers to be verified upon signing up compared to earlier customers from when we began our journey. Verification is for yours and others' safety, to bet in a safe environment. Our banking team need to carry out these checks, industry standard.
All they require is proof sent to documents@moplay.com and then it takes up to 5 days. Then once it's sorted, you're all good to continue.
So, depending on when you sent in documents, hopefully you'll be back up and running ASAP.

No point in having a £10 free welcome bet if there is no market u are willing to lay it on, deposited £500, struggled to spend £150 of it and then u lot thought I were doing me favour letting me take the £350 out, jokers!

I had a problem but got it sorted; let's hope there are no more. Up until now I've always been very happy with them. I think I got someone on their chat first time who'd not had a good night's sleep! Gordon was great; he should be paid more!

Dishonest. Deceitful. Shocking Customer Support. *Have Now Worked to Rectify

* Update: I have adjusted the star rating from 1* to 3* as MoPlay have been proactive and within a few days have refunded the £10 as cash and also credited a free £5 as a gesture.

I've had a very annoying situation with Moplay. If I lose a bet then that fine - its my loss. But in this case I feel cheated. It's only £10 but the principal is that they've been deceitful.

I was offered a risk free £10 bet. I chose to accept the offer and so clicked through to claim it. After this, I remembered how these promos are always set up to trip you up and take your money. I looked for the promo in my account to get the terms and could not find it after 10 mins of searching (shock). Concerned, I got out my laptop and opened up a help live chat.

I asked, if I place this £10 and lose, are you going to refund it. 'Yes', the lady states. She said, place the £10 and if you lose it is refunded in cash.

So I go ahead and place the bet. As it's risk free, I may as well, right? So then the bet loses, chances are it would anyway as I was more risky as my bet was risk free.

Log in the next day and my balance is £0.

Turns out because I didn't press the place bet button on my mobile phone, I am not eligible.

The only reason I went off my mobile onto the desktop was to ask for help on the promo. No mention of mobile from the live chat helper. She did not link me to the t and C's. By asking for help, all that happened is I have been cheated out of my money.

Classy move Moplay.

Talking back to your livechat help expert only added to the negative experience as he dictated repeatedly that I should have read the terms and conditions.

Very helpful. Perhaps your team should make them easier to find? Perhaps your team should relay the information when I go ask for help on livechat? Or perhaps you make it impossible to review the correct details so you have more chance of something going wrong and you taking money from your customers deceitfully?

I am more than disappointed. It's shocking customer service to be honest.

Annoying approval system

Annoying approval system. I don’t have untility bills and have sent other forms of address confirmation and still not approved.
You might want to find a new means of approval. I am done with your site as such.
