I purchased the Mopeka Pro+ propane sensor and wifi bridge. Bridge stopped working after one month. No support whatsoever.
I bought one of their sensors (and not a cheap one) and it died within three weeks.
They refuse to approve the warranty claim because I bought it in a different country and they don't recognize the seller???
Rediculous.
I purchased the Pro LR model and needed help in setting it up, customer support was called several times and a message was left. Nobody would call back.
The Topeka sensor worked for about a week. So not a product I would recommend for 60 euro.
Sensor failed. Tried calling every day for a week. Sent on-line Forman’s nothing. I’m scrapping the product and letting other RVers to do the same.
Sensor not working properly. Called customer service at least 6 times, not one call back. Filled out form online, nit one reply. This company sucks when it comes to customer service. Throwing the sensor away. Will never deal with them again. Buyer beware.
I have contacted the Mopeka service on Jan. 9th, and there is no answer or reaction until now. This is not worth the word "service".
Purchased the Mopeka tank checker 13 months ago in lockdown. Did not fit item for three month so only 10 months old. Excellent product for the few month it was working.
First frost of the year item failed. Short circuit on the board and ultrasonic pad peeled loose. Contacted warranty link on the web page (AP Product) who sent me several emails saying there is nothing they can do. Waste of money DO NOT BUY, a little support from the manufacturer would have help me greatly.
