Transferred to moove a few months ago and they are honestly the best and most supportive agent I have used. They take the time to investigate any issues raised by the tenants and act accordingly whilst keeping me fully informed so glad I moved to them and saved £90 a month in agent fees. Highly recommend

I have always been someone who has managed my properties myself, and begrudged paying 10% for very little work, trying to to organise everything myself, and often forgetting minor or major things. Now with Moove doing all of that for me it gives me true peace of mind, so I can focus on other things, for a very fair price in my opinion.

The signup was pretty easy. Tool my own photos and paid the listing fee.

The ad was up quickly and they manage all the requests through the platform. I did the viewings myself but I think they do have the option to do this for you. Not sure how they get access etc and if this can be done in any location or not.

If you think that selling your house will be difficult on-line you’re wrong. Moove has saved us thousands of pounds in agents fees as well as making things easy and giving full support the whole way. Initially we were sceptical, but everything promised was delivered when Moove arranged the photographers, floor plan and Epc, within a couple of days to suit us. Appointment making was the easiest we have ever experienced when selling a property, via the on-line system and we were able to arrange viewings outside office hours to suit us and our purchasers. Moove were extremely swift once we received an offer and took over seamlessly dealing with the offer process and other points for the purchaser. That’s why we give Moove five stars! Used this site to sell my house and was surprised how easy it was - the listing was up within minutes! We also chose to have someone come take professional photos, no issues at all.
Saved so much money over going to an estate agent, as I work from home I much preferred organising the viewings myself too.

At a price that is significantly lower than our previous management company and the competition, Moove covered all compliance and hygiene factors, whilst managing tenant issues and contractors in a super efficient and customer centric manner through their tenant portal.

Their valuation came in line with what I was getting from high street estate agents & it was very quick and simple to list my house.

This seems to be the cheapest way to access RightMove & Zoopla which is how I'm searching for my next house. So worth a crack to save a few grand on estate agent fees if everyone else does the same!

Based on valuation appointments at my house, I think I'd do a better job at doing the viewings myself anyway; it's not like any of them know the local area or community we live in better than me.
