Chris is such an amazing driving instructor who made me look forward to every lesson! His patience and calm approach to any situation has helped me so much, his analogies have been genius, and now I am a fully confident driver on all types of road thanks to Chris. 100% the best instructor anyone could have!

After lots of stopping and starting lessons with various instructors, my confidence was at rock bottom and I felt that driving wasn't for me . I decided I would give driving one last chance and this is when I found Moose Driving. Chris has built my confidence up and I have gone from hating driving lessons to actually looking forward to them and will generally miss our lessons.

Chris's has some amazing teaching techniques, (dash cam footage playback and tick-tick to name a few) these have all really helped with my dyslexic thinking and truly believe I wouldn't have passed if I hadn't found Moose driving school!

When I first read Moose’s reviews I thought to myself “surely he can’t be that good!” but after my first lesson with Chris I stood corrected as he is an absolutely amazing instructor - he’s patient, calm, understanding, reassuring and was willing to take lessons at my pace. He never gave up on me even when I felt like giving up on myself and I am confident in saying I wouldn’t have passed without having Chris by my side this last month - he has not only taught me how to drive but also valuable life lessons which I will never forget (“tick tick”).

Chris has managed to turn me from a nervous wreck on the first lesson of my semi-intensive course to passing my test first time with only 2 faults. I am absolutely over the moon and would not be where I am today without Moose Driving - i never thought I would be saying this but I’m actually going to miss my lessons! I honestly cannot thank you enough for making my dream of finally being a confident driver come true.

Please, please make Moose Driving your instructor of choice! Moose is empathetic, catering to your individual learning needs, and emphasises the importance of teaching you to become a good, safe driver - not just teaching to pass a test.

Moose takes it at your pace and provides the correct level of constructive criticism. He is your number 1 supporter in and out of lessons and provides resources and experience to help with passing your Theory and Practical Test.

I had a negative driving experience when I was old enough to start driving and it knocked my confidence. I wasn't sure if I’d ever be able to drive with my nerves and cautiousness. Moose built it back up years later and empowers you, whether you have driving anxiety, anxiety in general, or any other disability such as hearing/deafness or dyslexia.

I have never felt more understood by a teacher and my respect for Moose couldn’t be higher. He has always made sure to tell me how safe he felt being in the car with me which is the highest compliment as a learner.

Driving lessons are expensive these days but worth every penny, especially with Moose. Thank you Moose!

After stopping and starting lessons and a couple of failed tests over the years, I found Chris and joined the waiting list to start learning with him. A short time later I was having my first lesson and immediately felt at ease, by nature I am a nervous driver. Around 4 months later I passed my first test with Moose. I can’t recommend Chris enough. If you are thinking of starting automatic lessons don’t hesitate to contact Chris at Moose, you won’t regret it!

Chris is by far the best driving instructor with his calm and sensitive approach. He is very thorough and his techniques ensure you are a safe driver for life, not just for the test. He is extremely good at his job and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students. Today I passed with zero faults and it’s all down to Moose Driving! I passed my test on Monday after having lessons with Chris. He is an amazing instructor, tailoring the lessons to my individual needs and listening to my concerns and self doubt. Chris helped me to hone my skills and gave me lots of tips. He is a very calm person and he supported me to overcome my nerves on the day of the test. I really felt those positive vibes coming from the back seat! This experience really has changed my life for the better.

Passed my practical driving test last week,which is really unbelievable for me.
It was a tough journey, I was understanding the driving concept ,rules and everything but my anxiety and overthinking stopped me implementing it.With lots of effort and support of Chris we developed a technique for me which we said tick-tick that helped me focus on stay at the moment 😌

Chris understand me and never give up on me, and I really appreciate all the support he gave me to finish this journey.At the end of day I am sure i will be a safe driver through out my life.

I started driving lessons with Chris at the end of February. After past learning experiences were quite bad I was nervous to start with a new instructor, however Chris made me feel at ease right away and within a few lessons I started feeling confident behind the wheel!
I passed my test today with only 3 minors after a couple of months worth of lessons and I’m absolutely over the moon!
Chris is super friendly, supportive and the best instructor I could’ve asked for.
If you’re looking for an instructor, I couldn’t recommend Moose Driving highly enough!

Every time I had a lesson with Chris I was made to feel at ease, which helped instill a growing and lasting confidence in my own driving abilities - a confidence which I was able to demonstrate on the day of the test leading to me passing first time.

Chris continually embeds a sense of empathy and deep understanding of his students' needs, motivations and learning pace in order to get them to where they want to be, not just during their driving lessons but in many situations in life which may present difficulty and need to be navigated. This attitude is central to his ethos, and that's evident from the first lesson you have with him.

It's been an absolute pleasure to have him as my driving instructor.

Chris has made me be able to become a confident driver in a very welcoming and safe environment. Being a very anxious, self-consious driver he listened to my needs, wants and worries and made them dissipate every lesson we had. He was very accommodating so every lesson was exactly tailored to my needs and strengths to ensure I could pass with confidence. Not only this, but he actively listened to my worries , gave me coping mechanisms not only for driving but also for other difficulties in life and Chris always made sure I went home with positive thoughts about my driving and the belief that I was capable of so much more than I initially thought. I honestly cannot recommend Moose driving enough, Chris is such a genuine, amazing human being who truly listens; he puts his all into his students and I am so thankful to have been one of his students!

I recently passed my driving test through Moose driving (which I still find surreal!!!) and honestly Chris is absolutely amazing!! I went through 2 different instructors before contacting Moose driving for lessons and was a really anxious driver. Chris was so patient with me and not only made me a much more confident driver but he also really helped me with my self belief. I 1000% recommend Moose Driving, Chris invests so much time in his students and from my previous experiences not many instructors out there care about their students the way Chris does.

Amazing instructor, let me work at at my own pace, but instilled confidence in me allow me to push my own boundaries. Very supportive and worked through my aniextys, which I whole heartedly feel helped my pass first time. Thanks Chris, and Moose.

My experience as a learner with Chris has been absolutely amazing. Ever since my first lesson I have felt very comfortable, safe and progressively more confident in my driving ability, and I can’t thank him enough for all the advice and support he’s given me. I would like to say a massive thank you to Chris who without his brilliant teaching I would not of passed today. Chris is patient, reliable and very thoughtful when it comes to teaching as we all find something abit more difficult then others (my left and rights lol). I have come a long way in my driving and feel very comfortable on the roads.

Thoroughly recommend Moose Driving School and Chris as an Instructor. Chris has been amazing in helping me with my anxiety and has coached me through every step to help me become a confident driver! He has been flexible with schedules helping me to get regular lessons around my working life and school runs. He has been a pleasure to know and I wouldn't have been as confident in passing my test if it were not for Chris's confidence in me.

So calm , caring and gave me so much confidence ! Chris was always willing to go the extra mile and offer me all the support I needed ! Would recommend to everyone ! I wouldn’t of passed my test without Chris !
