Bad customer service, hard to get a refund
Ordered clothes and a lamp. Clothes do not fit, which isn’t moorys fault of course but the lamp does not work.
When asking customer support on how to send it back and get a refund, they keep asking me to send them videos of the lamp to proof I assembled it properly. Even after I sent a video of the lamp to show that it is broken they keep asking for more videos, even though that within 14 days after receiving I wouldn’t even need a reason to send it back (EU law).
Still waiting for an update from them.
Annoying customer service, bad experience.

Nautic Yachting spare parts
I was looking for Nautic Yachting spare parts and the feedback from Moory's customer service was promising enough to place the order without having any further technical measurements. Delivery from Sweden to Hamburg was really fast and the parts look similar to those I need to replace on deck of my Hanse 291, seems to me they will fit.

I ordered the wrong fenders, my mistake. I called the service department because I wanted to know when the correct fenders would be in stock again. The employe did not know. End call. Solved ordering from Slovenia to German address
Despite that company does not have delivery contrat for Slovenia, Victor Carenfelt helped me to made order on Moory Germany to deliver articles on address in Germany. Hope next time it could be delivered to Slovenia too ;-) because I have Sweedih sailboat and some parts can be bought only on Moory.
