SCAM SELLER! Please don’t buy from them. They did not fulfill my order, it has passed two weeks since i placed order and i have not received anything. The tracking info provided is fake also :(
Have emailed and reach them via instagram but they haven’t replied!
Terrible experience. I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed them multiple times and no one has responded. At this point, it feels like they just took my money and disappeared. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them.
I have emailed them probably 12-15 times on an order I placed almost 3 months ago at this point and they will not answer. So they took my money, and refuse to give a refund.

I'd give a 0 stars if I could. Complete scam. Ordered, have not received and the status has been information received for over 4 months. Contacted support 3 times requesting an update with no reply. Forth attempt, I added refund request to the email subject, and received an ai generated apology saying they will escalate my support request. It has been a month since then with no updates.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! this company is a complete scam. You will place an order then get a tracking number and then the tracking number will never move. They will respond with some BS excuse and claim they are going to rectify this, but never do anything. I immediately disputed it with my credit card after six weeks and I already got my money back. I came across an ad on Instagram for a box of Nee-Doh toys. It was a special buy one box get one free, which I should've realized right there that was a scam, but my daughter saw it and asked for it so I did it. This was back in June. Within a day I received a tracking number, but the tracking number never went anywhere. After three weeks of no movement, I reached out to them and they told me that they see what happened and they were going to escalate it to make sure I got my product and nothing was done and they've been non-responsive sense. Immediately changed my card number, got a refund through my Apple Card. Just don't even waste your time with them. They're complete scammers and you will never get your product. So many other people had the same amount of experience as me so this isn't a one off incident. As a business owner myself I almost never write negative reviews about anyone, but in this case, they deserve it.
I never received the product. I received a tracking number soon after the purchase but a month later no change and the product still has not arrived. Terrible company to buy from.
I ordered product from Shop . Never received product. They took my money. No answer from customer service. Sent me trac number. Didn’t exist. Then said order doesn’t exist. I still have it on shop app. I put complaint to chase bank . I want money back.
