I am so angry at the company and at myself for being stupid and spending $50 on a knock off Jellycat for my granddaughters Christmas gift. I received a less than desirable bunny in the mail yesterday. Don’t do it! I wish I would have reviewed before purchasing should have known better.

Ordered 2 articles (although i read a lot of bad revieuws) but my experience went perfect. Exactly what i ordered and dilivered at the the date that was promised .so very positive here

Product was absolute crap, didn't match the pictures at all. So bad I can't give it as a Christmas gift. When I contacted them about a return they first tried to send me a new one instead, then tried to dissuade me by saying I'd have to ship it back to Hong Kong. Finally sent me a return label but specified I don't get money back until it arrives in Hong Kong. Going to dispute with my credit card company.

Please don't purchase anything from this company.. They are frauds and it's a scam.. I ordered a plushie for my daughter. It's been 3 weeks and my order did not arrive.. when I contacted them they say my order number is wrong and they don't have an order number like mine.. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS IDIOTS.. THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS... I REPEAT DONT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY

I ordered a talking plush toy for my disabled son’s Christmas present and it arrived without its voice!

Do not buy anything from MoonWalkBaby! Its’s a Chinese scam company. They sell knockoff products that pose as legitimate. For example, I ordered what was supposed to be legitimate LEGO product. They even showed the box. What I received was a bunch of plastic bags with a number on each, instructions that were obviously not LEGO directions, and no box!
The pieces didn’t fit together smoothly, and the directions were hard to understand. I repeat, do not be scammed by MoonWalkBaby!

Absolute scam. Express shipping is 3 weeks. They have no intention of doing honest business. Reported to all bureaus

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible service and they are based in Hong Kong. When I found this out I tried to cancel my order after just couple minutes but they rejected this request and when I received the order the packaging was terrible and the product smaller than advertised and flimsy. Just don’t waste your time or money.

I had a terrible experience with this business and would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered a collectible Pop! Figure, expecting it to arrive in pristine condition. Instead, the box was completely damaged, torn, with stickers opened and glue residue all over—a total disaster for any collector.

When I contacted their customer service, I was initially offered a replacement box. When I requested a refund instead, I was told I would need to cover the return shipping costs, even though the item was sent to me in an unacceptable state. They refused to adhere to international consumer laws that protect buyers from such poor practices.

The company showed no accountability and seemed indifferent to resolving the issue in a fair and professional manner. Their dismissive approach and refusal to cover return costs reflect their lack of respect for their customers.

If you value your money and your peace of mind, avoid this business. There are plenty of other trustworthy sellers who care about their customers and the quality of their products.

Item took 2 weeks to arrive despite paying extra to have it delivered express. Company wouldn’t compensate this and said I had to pay the shipping cost to return it. Very unreasonable customer service. Avoid this company.

I ordered two jellycat bashful bunny’s, and received two awful, fake, terrible quality stuffed bunny’s instead. It has taken over two weeks to receive the items and there is no option for a refund. Do not order from this company.

If I could give no stars I would most definitely be doing just that! I paid for a product and they didn’t even send me a purchase order receipt! Then I ask for one they still don’t send one they eventually sent me a tracking number! They said it would be to me within 7 days I didn’t receive it until a month later. Then when I get it, it wasn’t what it was suppose to be! I’ve been emailing them for a month

DO NOT BUY from this company! The item I ordered arrive in plastic with scotch tape. Missing more than half the pieces needed to build the item. I did receive pieces that didn't even belong to the set I ordered and am being told I cannot send back for a refund because the package has been opened.

Pathetic! I am being told they will ship the missing pieces I need, but over 100 pieces are missing and there is no way for them to determine what pieces I need. Truly a poor example of customer service and truly a mistake on my part to have purchased from MonnWalkBaby. PLEASE save yourself the time and headache, do not buy from this company!

Cheap counterfeit crap. Demand for refund issued, pending chargeback. Avoid at all costs.

Not a jellycat rabbit. Cant risk giving it to a child . Only realised it was t a real one and it was coming from China when I’d paid !!! FAKE RUBBISH
