I would give no stars to this company. They are scammers.

Ordered a jellycat for my daughter but 10 mins later read reviews and realized they sell knock offs. Tried to cancel and they said it was already shipped, which is not possible. It came and looks nothing like the jellycat. They now want me to pay to ship back and return. Total fraudsters. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a jellycat teddy and recived a fake hard teddy. 250 kr.

Advertise jellycat teddies, but only send out fakes. Then they say the warehouse will send the correct item , which they don't.
Do not order from here.

I bought a figure off of them, and after waiting a month to get my shipping info they finally said they didn't have it, after they told me they had already sent it.

Ordered a product and paid express shipping for it only to get to me 2 weeks later when it said 2 days , the the product arrives and it is fake , I bought a jellycat and it arrived and it’s fake!!

Ordered a Jellycat Little Bear, and they sent a very obvious fake. I emailed them to dispute and they requested photos (in case of what, they’d sent out a real one by mistake??). I sent photos, still waiting for a reply. AVOID!

I purchased a Christmas gift from this company, at full price and I was sent a counterfeit or replica of what I originally purchased. False advertisement at its best. When I confronted them via email requesting a refund they proceeded to assure me they would send me original purchased item, within 2-3 weeks. It’s been 3 months at this point and no replacement product and no correspondence. And still awaiting refund or replacement item

.I hate Moonwalk baby because guess what I am the kid that most you guys talk about (your child or grandchild) and I used my Christmas money my pocket money and my birthday money all combined to get some really messed up Lego police station. The wait time was horrible and so was the product they love Donald Trump because the people were orange i am not making this mistake again that was 200 dollars down the drain. Warning!!! I ordered a toy for my Granddaughter for Christmas: it came rewrapped and half of the toy was missing! To this day no replacement and no money back.

They sent thr incorrect parts/toys and when contacting them they advised they would send correct parts/toys and I've never received them. I've since contacted them with no response.
Very bad and very disappointing for my daughter.

What a dissapointment. Lanky toy is small and dirty. Not at all like the photo. Ordered on the 27 of November 2024 and received it today.

Ordered squishmallow, received fake knock off that barely resembles the original order. Avoid at all costs

AVOID! Ordered a Jellycat bunny. Item sent was clearly not a Jellycat - cheap imitation. Contacted them, said they would send a replacement. For a refund you have to return at your expense (to Hong Kong) and judging by how they treat you, they probably wouldn't refund you anyway. Still not sent a replacement 3 weeks later. Said it takes 2-5 weeks for them to send it. There are no negative reviews on their own website, they obviously block them.

Funko pop not real wrong pop with wrong sticker I asked for the thing blue eyes and I got black eyes instead with wrong sticker, it’s impossible for that to happen if it was real sorry moonwalk I was going to be life buyer
