These jellycats are fake!!!!! Do not buy from this website. Once u want to return it, you will not get a shipping label and you will need to pay for all the shipping costs. I had to pay 33 euros, but I didn’t return it. Such a scam.

They sold me a fake Have a Seat Labubu, super glued and fake, they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THE SCAM WEBSITE !

I received my jellycat and it is fake. The tag is not official jellcat merchandise. I have asked for my money back and keep getting the run around. Customer Service number is fake too.
Unless you are OK with a fake jellycat DoNot order from this company.

They sold me a fake Jellycat Peanut the Penguin. Arrived with no tags. I contacted them and they wanted photos. They then said they would contact the warehouse to send correct item. This company should be closed down and investigated for selling non authentic items when clearly they say they are. I’m still waiting to receive shipment details of the “correct item” and it’s been almost two weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THUS COMPANY!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We waited 3.5 weeks for a toy to be delivered and when it came it was obviously a knockoff. So bad. Laughable even. Someone clearly had just made it and glued it together like a craft product. It didn’t even work. Cheap Chinese dupes. Truly comical like a meme. They won’t refund you in any meaningful way because they won’t cover return shipping so you’re stuck with their junk. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! It’s not even like the items are low priced vs Amazon. Avoid at all costs!

What a scam. Ordered Jellycat volleyball and paid express shipping to get it before may 2nd and still not shipped. Was ordered a week ago. Send multiple emails and only got a reply after I said I would do a chargebak. I keep getting the shipping info will be sent soon and still nothing. I will be contacting my bank. This company should be shut down.

Received a fake jelly cat! Please don't use

I wish I had have looked at trust pilot before ordering from this company. I have just wasted almost a $100 on counterfeit Jelly Cat toy. It is so clearly counterfeit, very very poorly made. Please don't be a fool like me and waste your money buying from Moon Walk Baby.

Don't be scammed! I ordered two ‘jelly cats’ and paid full price only to receive two counterfeit poorly made products! They should not be allowed to operate!

Poorly made fake item dispatched. Emails are answered but no action taken. Have reported this site to Google Safe, Action Fraud and received a refund via my bank as a victim of fraud - if others do the same you will get your money back and at least cause them the inconvenience of having to rebrand to continue defrauding people.

I bought a Jellycat Rose on January 2025 but they send my a fake one and after email them they said will send me a replacement, but over 2 months never received and only reply to emails said will ship soon😡😡 this company sold fake Jellycat products!!!!!!

Is a scam. If I could give 0 stars, it is well deserved. Do not waste your money nor time with this company. In Nov. 2024, I ordered a Winnie The Pooh blanket and received basically a hand towel sized item. I have repeatedly emailed them to request a refund; received a response they are looking into the matter; now in April 2025 there is no response from them.

Shocking company, ordered harry potter monopoly and received something you could make at home, I ordered in December as a Christmas present for my daughter and I just keep getting the same email saying we will update you when we have an update. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I paid 20 euros for express shipping this is now day 6, and I still didn’t even receive my tracking number. I mailed them multiple times, they don’t care about my situation. I’ll leave from my delivery address today, I won’t be able to receive my package at all. They didn’t accept to make a refund. I paid 97 euros and I want my refund!!!!!
