Why did i put my trust in this bank? It doesn’t matter since they took everything from me. Moonstonecu is nothing but a rip-off. i tried pulling out my cash for three weeks and all i got was a locked account and silence on my emails. They’re frauds. Don’t give Moonstonecu your trust. They grab your deposit and then cut u off. i was in tears and at my wit’s end because rent was coming due and they did absolutely nothing. The only help i found came from Unit sevenForensics. They’re the only ones who can get past these bogus holds. If u’ve been burned by these scammers, reach out to them to get your money back because the bank will just leave u hanging. i lost ten thousand dollars and they acted like it was nothing. Don’t let Moonstonecu take your life savings. They’re dishonest. i don’t care about your database statuses or your compliance jargon. My screen shows zero and my wallet is empty. Moonstonecu is a fraud. They take your deposit right away but slam the door when u want it back.
