These flowers looked poor when they arrived, I have changed the water everyday but still they have not improved and steadily got worse. I have attached a photo of the flowers after 6 days.

I cannot comment on the quality as the product was delivered to a “Jake” despite the woman collecting it was called anne Marie. I.e it was stolen

Called to complain, they sent another bunch... but to be fair, I won't be ordering flowers again... Its not good, more like greenery rather than flowers - compare both with the picture on the website, no chance, no where near the same quality.

I specifically ordered this for the 11th of May as it was a special day for my mum, but it arrived on the 12th which was completely inappropriate. Plus they didn't let he know it had arrived and she only found the flowers when she went downstaires for something else and they had been out for sometime without water. Over this was not the experience I was expecting from Moonpig!
