The Important Part
- Order by 1pm for dispatch same-day (weekdays only). Delivery is typically made in 1-2 days, via An Post.
- Each bouquet is hand-tied by expert florists.
- Bouquets come in a nourishing wrap to keep them fresh during transport. Once delivered, take a look at the care card which we've popped in the box to see how to keep them fresher for longer.
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we'll replace them with flowers or similar or superior style, quality, and value.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!

Quite honestly, I'm appalled, absolutely disgraceful that Moonpig could supply what should've been high quality large red roses for such a special occasion. They arrived in a damaged box, delivered upside-down, and most has tiny drooping heads. Such a disappointment, and although Moonpig offered a refund, no sympathy or compassion was shown, it was as though they were used to this happening? won't be ordering flowers again through Moonpig

Terrible would never buy again heads started droop within hours of receiving them. Contacted customer services and still waiting on reply 24hrs later.

Roses are very poor quality, they look nothing like the photo as advertised, much smaller and look dead after just 1 day! Very disappointing

My Wife loved the roses! They were very beautiful, and smell lovely! Only one thing, I thought I was going to get a vase with the order, but there wasn't one in the box. Not a huge deal, since we found a glass jar to put the roses in anyway.
