This item was never delivered, and I was eventually informed that it had been lost. I had to contact Moonpig customer service myself to find out what had happened to my order, as I received no proactive update. Before I could get any information, I had to go through the Moonpig AI chat service, which only added to the frustration. As a result of the failed delivery, I missed my sister’s birthday, and the only resolution offered was a refund. While I appreciate the refund, it does not make up for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the missed occasion. I expected a much higher standard of customer service and communication.
