Instead of leaving my method of payment…
Instead of leaving my method of payment to the email address I already had set up, I attempted to move it to a different one. Then I wasn't able to use Moon pay. I tried to put it back in place and I can't get my phone # verified, I can't reset it to the original email address, I can't get it to reset to the other one. I've been on the app, but it's not user friendly to edit or update any of my info. So now, I use Banxa instead of MP.

Yesterday I lost quite a lot of money…
Yesterday I lost quite a lot of money because your system did not tell me I needed to top up my Ethereum account to be able to make the transaction I wanted to do to buy USD T. I was messing about with this. Your customer Support robot did not advise me to top up a Ethereum tell me to delete the app and all this sort of stuff unfortunately this morning I’ve spoken to another it’s probably the same robot just programmed differently told me that that’s what I needed to do. I’ve done it and is now progressing smoothly. You won’t give me any compensation so the robot tells me I think this is very poor quality management straightaway. If you get low on one of those you should say top up this top up that
