I would do 0 stars if I could. Total scammers. The jacket I ordered 12/8/25 just got to me today 1/5/26. The cheapest jacket with no name in the collar. No tags. Feels like it was make out of paper towels. Definitely too small of a size as well, but who would know because there’s no size tag. Do NOT EVER buy anything from them!!! Horrible scammers

Wish I had come to this site before I purchased from Moon Mogul. All the one-star reviews are accurate: product is not as advertised; return policy makes it impossible to return anything; return shipping costs are astronomically high. In fairness, they do have their return policy linked on their website, but who thinks to check?

Update: after complaining to customer service, they refunded half my purchase price without having to send the item back.

Worst company I have ever encountered. Product was garbage, didn't fit, didn't look like the hat that was on the internet, and they don't offer refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will lose your money.

This company is the worst, I have never experienced anything like it. The sizes are incorrect and when you try to return them you have to upload pictures. They do not allow returns other than if the items are damaged or they are the wrong size, which they invariably will be. Do not order from them. This is a complete SCAM! The quality is not at all as advertised, it is all very cheaply made.

SCAM!!!!!!! my poor dad purchased a beanie for 49.99 plus shipping and the beanie cost $7-15 elsewhere. now they have his credit card info. i hate scammers!!!! get a life.

This is the worse company! They make them selves look like an North American high end company but they are a Chinese scam!
Dont buy from them! My order never arrived and nobody answers their emails!

Purchased 3 items from them. This is a Chinese outfit that passes as a Domestic high quality company. Product is sub par and that is being generous. Forget about returning your order if you do not like what you receive. Their return process only allows for returns due to damage or wrong size and they make you load 6 images PLUS you have to pay to ship back overseas. DO NOT buy from these guys.

Bought a beany from Moon Mogul. Should had checked the reviews first I guess. First off, you can get the exact beany 30 euro's cheaper on other sites. Second, the beany is not made of cotton-wool blend but of acrylic. So it's a scam... and I learnt my lesson.

Do not, I repeat do not purchase any product from MoonMogul. The materials are absolutely terrible. Zero return policy for a refund. They are operating scam. I’m very surprised they are still in business

Absolute junk. As is the case with these kind of companies that use Social Media to sell their wares...they identify as a nice company with quality merchandise but in reality it's just junk. Etsy level junk. Buyer beware.

This business operates illegally. There are no labels in their garments. Nothing to indicate what the garment is made of. No laundering instructions, No country of origin.
Their sizes are all smaller than standard sizes.
If you want to return something for a larger size they instruct you to ship it to another county! At your cost! With a receipted delivery service.
They do not accept returns if you’re not happy with the product. You are stuck with it!

The product I received did not look like the product online. You can only return for 3 reasons: they sent the wrong item, the item is damaged, it’s the wrong size. Thats it! If you order something and you don’t like it. If it doesn’t match the picture on the website, too bad! You’re out money. This company sucks. Also, everything is drop shipped from China, that’s why it takes so long for delivery (which btw is another reason you can’t return - if the product isn’t received in time for an event such as Christmas or birthdays).

The absolute worst. Ordered something 9 days ago and it just shipped today. Really weak customer service. Avoid this company.

Very surprised by the negative reviews. None of the items were cheap, but I took a chance on buying 2 beanies.. after the beanies turned out to be super nice i decided to order a sweater. that was great so i ordered another. So far i have ordered 4 items and all were really good quality for the price.

Purchased a “linen” shirt and got a cheap cotton shirt with the label cut out! It was almost $90! Do not buy from them !

I ordered a dark blue skin jacket, and I received a dark blue plastic jacket! IT'S A SCAM 💥 Ruthless Canadians selling cheap Chinese crap!! Don't waste your money!!

Complete scam. Lowest quality I have ever seen. The marketing looks great but the products are poor - quality is awful. Terms are incompatible with UK laws - no returns permitted. Stay clear of this company - although it may be too late if you are reading this review.

ABSOLITE SCAM AND THIEFS
Purchased 2 shirts via a Facebook advert. Paid £140 for them. One turned up and was the absolute worse quality. Worse than anything I have ever seen. Would problay cost about 10p to produce from China. Stay clear from scammers.

Worst online experience ever! All the one star reviews are correct - advertising is misleading and probably fraudulent, sizing is unreliable, quality is very poor. Took a long time to arrive. I decided to return the garment but the returns process is so bad!! Read the reviews and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Quality poor and aftercare and after service not existing. They try you to order another article or size with a discount, but refunds never happen.

For sending back the goods, you have to pay you will never hear anything anymore, and no refunds as it appears to be lost at customs in China.

NEVER BUY HERE, it’s cheap and poorly made and no way of getting any refunds.
