I placed an order with a promised delivery time of 8–18 working days, as the item was meant to be a gift. It has now been 25 working days, and the tracking still shows only “label created,” with no evidence that the item was ever shipped.
Customer service has been very poor throughout. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and repeatedly ignored my request for a refund. Instead, I was given vague and contradictory explanations, including being told the item was “already on its way, although at the moment the movement is not visible on our end,” despite no tracking updates at all.
This lack of transparency, accountability, and basic communication is unacceptable. I have completely lost confidence in this company and have had to escalate the issue with my bank to recover my money.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Not fit for purpose broke after 6…
Not fit for purpose broke after 6 months. Was only used on occasions, weekends etc (was in immaculate condition apart from string deteriorated). Was told warranty was not valid as bracelet had been worn. If you are unable to wear the jewellery surely then it is not fit for purpose.
Customer service was totally unhelpful only offered 20% off next order even though I had sent clear photos of the deteriorated string which was not snapped or pulled, they just sent the same automated response of being out side of the warranty as it had been worn.
At £100 for a bracelet i would expect it to last at the very minimum the length of the warranty and i would also expect the company to honour the warranty especially when the bracelet was within the terms.

Looks and feels like a $10 Temu ring but cost nearly 10 times that. Underwhelming, will not be purchasing again and when selecting to return, you will not receive a full refund as there are fess deducted from the refund, another reason to make purchases on Amazon over company websites.

Terrible. I got my wedding ring from Moon Magic and it got discolored in less than 6 months. When purchasing a ring you do not get important information BEFORE ordering. I’ve been in contact with customer service already and did not receive a good compensation. I got a 20% off my next purchase, and I will definitely never order again.

Im really disappointed
Im really disappointed. I bought vermeil ring with stones and after very light wearing for 3 months (I was wearing only at work, office) prongs have broken and I lost a stone. I wear a lot of rings and it’s never happened to me before. It shows really poor quality. When I contacted them, they told me it’s wear and tear and they can’t do anything about it! I’ve never had a metal ring in my life that wouldn’t last a year, nevermind couple months with very careful use.

Low quality and light weight
I have been wanting a ring from moon magic for so long after always admiring them on instagram. I purchased two rings as a treat and the quality was awful, the sizing is completely off, they were extremely light weight and the bands were thin - nothing like the quality seen on instagram. For the price I sent these back, they felt more like costume jewellery than expensive rings.

Beautiful pieces worth the wait
