Total scam!! I’m so pissed. Wishing I could leave a zero-star review. Moonlit Haunts is total bs. I’m two months in of trying to get refunded and doubt it’ll happen. $80 out the window.

Same here, ordered the projector and nothing received. No response from customer service, total scam!

This should be a -5 review. I ordered the projector and screen on 10/16/25 and should have received it on 10/22/25. It is now Halloween and I still do not have these items. It states to contact the costumer service by emailing them as I have done on 4 occasions now. I called the number that was shown on my bank purchase and it was a voicemail for a man. I left a message and no response. I sent another email for a refund and am now waiting. If I wanted to give money away, it would be to a charity, not a crook.

Ordered Halloween projector 21/09. Payment taken from bank......no goods yet to arrive 27/10 emailed company with absolutely no response......scam don't waste your money!

Same story as everyone else I placed my order Sept 13. I have received nothing and no response to emails. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Same thing as everyone else. Scammed and received what looks a white plastic table cloth which I’m assuming was supposed to be the screen. Rip off

No order as of 6 weeks no reply to any emails - Scammed

Ordered product, did not receive by 5 weeks later. Tracking link from confirmation email did not work. No reply to mail sent to customer service address. So.... indistinguishable from a scam. I will hope I paid with a credit card and try chargeback.

Scam. They word add in such a way you think your getting projector but they send you a plastic sheet. Very grateful too PayPal.

Right now my order is in but nothing has been delivered. Don’t trust this company for anything. I’m out of fifty dollar thanks to these people!

Ordered projector and screens, and like other users received a flimsy plastic projector and that was broken and the missing plastic not even in the box. No reply to email sent and no customer service number on the site.

Scam - £55 wasted - purchased 2 x halloween projectors - have received a plastic sheet. No response to emails to their only contact email address - no company details available anywhere...

Scam no projector, just a plastic sheet arrived and that was it.

Like everyone on here , I got 2 white sheets which I’m guessing are the screens . After numerous emails and msgs , the projectors have gone awol . I con only describe this as a scam £44 down the tubes , scamming barstewards

Ordered and expected the Halloween projector and screen and only received the screen. There is no response to their customer service. THIS IS A SCAM!

They advertise a Halloween projector with screen and they only send the screen. No replies via email or Twitter. Absolute scam 😡
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
