its actually zero worst company i have ever dealt with i ordered ONE PAIR NOT A SINGLE ONE A PAIR as advertised they come in pairs only one arrived single item i contacted them over a month ago and still no reply i hav now given them 48 hours and now decided they have had enough time so here goes i suggest to anyone who is thinking of using this scamming company forget them they promise take your money break agreement and contract of selling goods they deserve to be taken to court and banned from any site they are connected this is my order details note it says a PAIR

Placed order in September after 2 weeks sent email as I had not received order . Now October still not seen order so given up now . Can not get refund or order up date . Company are waste of space . DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Got my refund promptly
I ordered a memory stick in on 8th July and when I had not received it by September I contacted Moonlitcat asking for a refund. They offered to resend the item or refund. I chose to get a refund. I have received the refund a few days later from Sandectic Inc. Thank you Klaus (Client Plus).
