Fraudulent Transactions Months Later
I decided to try this app 2 months ago and after convincing me to sign up for a free subscription- I realised the app wasnt really offering what was being advertised. I cancelled my subscription and deleted my data and account that same day. 2 months later I now have 2 random charges of $47.99 that I did not authorise. It seems deleting my data did not actually delete it and theyve kept my credit card on file. I now have to chase this up with my bank as a fraudulent transaction and hopefully get my money back for something I never agreed to. Dont risk your finances.

This is one of the worst websites I’ve ever dealt with.
They take your money every month (over £70) without permission, I didn’t even use the app, I couldn’t even log in as I didn’t know I even subscribed to paying the app and they still contained to take it without any email. They will not give any money back.

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! They use dark clickbait traps to charge you egregious amounts for subscriptions you didn't sign up for. I was asking about Moongrade, but was charged for Mindway, an app I did not ask for where email confirm was blocked as spam in my email - they plan for this!!! And there's nowhere to cancel your subscription - you have to email to request it. I did so, and was charged anyway and recently charged another $320 (by Moongrade and not Mindway, WTF???) after not even opening the website or app. SCAMMERS!!!!
Edit (Jan 27): I emailed their support team and was told they would not issue a reimbursement and that I was sent a confirmation of signing up for Mindway. I SIGNED UP FOR Moongrade (which I subsequently cancelled) where they automatically signed me up for Mindway WITHOUT MY ASKING FOR IT. Classic click bait and switch scam. I've submitted an inquiry with my bank and VISA and will see if they can force them to reimburse the amounts.

Difficult to cancel and ridiculous refund policy
Difficult to cancel. I reached out for customer help when I saw I had been charged $99. I immediately requested a refund with documentation that I had believed I had cancelled. I told them I could not afford that price and it would make it harder for me to buy food this month. They did not care at all. I was not given a refund even though they cancelled the subscription from their end so basically I was charged almost $100 for nothing. I hope this will not happen to anyone else. Edit: In response to seeing this review and requesting I reach out, I have since been offered and accepted a partial refund.

Subscription scam
I took a 7-day trial plan on 16-Jul-2025. Did not want to use. Forgot to cancel. Got charged. Got the subscription canceled on 30-Jul-2025 via their support.
Never used their service again.
On 16-Jan-2026, there is a charge of $219.99. I log in to my Moongrade account, and it gates me out saying you do not have an active subscription, such that I cannot see my account information. I talked to them on 27-Jan-2026, to refund this charge. They say: you had an add-on subscription of Mindway app that was on trial for 6 months. The initial order confirmation email from Moongrade on 16-Jul-2025 never mentioned anything about this add-on trial. This is one of the reasons I did not even remember I should cancel that one as well, while canceling the main service in July 2025.
I am frustrated with their service because:
- This charge of $219.99 is reflecting as done by Moongrade in my bank SMS and records. But after the charge, the website blocks me from even seeing my account saying you do not have a subscription.
- Combine this with no mention of add-on in the initial order confirmation. And I ended up paying for a free trial activating after 6 months.
- And, unlike other sincere services, no emails reminding about subscription renewals that could have protected me from being charged for what I have not used and would not be using
I have proof of all I have mentioned.
And look at these 1-liner good reviews labeled Invited. I request TrustPilot to clean them up. They are clearly these scam company's attempts to cover up its scams.

I continue to have subscriptions charges to my bank account even though I canceled the subscription and deleted my Moongrade acct months ago. I had to put a Stop Payment on this merchant to cease the attempts at auto-withdraws from my bank.
