The most wholesome package!
Honestly, ordering from Moomin shop never disappoints. The only downside is I can’t afford to purchase everything! Everything I have bought is of excellent quality, useful and most importantly adorable. I also appreciate how lovely everything is packaged. Bigger brighter clothing required
Why are the websites so different ?
I so miss ordering from Finland.
I get the whole Brexit disaster but surely distribution can be more equalled
I miss the plus sized adult clothing especially. I’m told they don’t sell but the larger sizes always do. Please stock more like the Finland shop

Thank you for being such a loyal customer.
You must be referring to the clothing by Martinex, as the UK website has at least as many products in general as the Finnish website. We do bring in Martinex clothing to the UK, right now it’s about equal amount of adult dresses and tunics on both, but we need to adapt the assortment to what’s in demand in the UK, based on our experience, and the Finnish website does the same. What we can’t do is to simply stock the same and ignore the different demands in the markets. It’s a matter of constant fine tuning, we are always open for suggestion, if you want to email them through to us.

If a recipient is not at home, Royal Mail may deliver to a neighbour, which is why we suggested that you ask your neighbours before we start a claims process. That is also what Royal Mail asks recipients to do, so we are following their advice. The next step is that they do a GPS tracking on the delivery, but we are still at step one, which is to ask you to check with your neighbours. Hopefully that’s possible?
