The agent I spoke with (Honey) to register my air purifier was very polite and seemed to really care that everything was correct in my registration of this new product. I was very impressed with the free extra filter she said would be sent very soon.

Customer service is very helpful in resolving my issue, and quick to respond. I truly love the product it has been very beneficial, keeping my home pollutant free, especially since I live where we tend to get wildfire smoke. I have purchased 2 of them.

Help! How do I operate this???
I just purchased my Mooka Air Purifier and opening the box I had several questions. I found the QR code on the product, scanned it and it took me to the website. I hopped onto chat with someone there who answered all my question completely.
I was able to understand how to operate it correctly.
Thank you for such a great product and such complete and attentive service.
