I signed up for what appeared to be a simple trial.
Contacted customer support MULTIPLE times.
NO proper help, NO refund, NO transparency.

So I left an honest review.
Only AFTER THAT do they suddenly offer a refund…
But wait — only if I first delete my review.

That’s right. They want you to erase your negative review as “proof” before they even process your refund.
No thanks.
Take your little refund and invest it in your customer support team — maybe then people won’t need to leave negative reviews in the first place.

To anyone considering signing up to one of their “programs”:
This is what you’re getting into.
Confusing billing practices, manipulative refund conditions, and poor support.
And when you call them out? They’ll try to pay you off with strings attached.

Disgusting way of doing business.

Great Company and a huge selection of products. Very polite to answer questions. Ant the price for the products is unbeatable. I accidentally went on this website and purchased something unexpected. I had a general request put through and they said it will take a while for them to process.

Absolute scam. Thought I was buying a laptop stand, which was admittedly too good to be true, and instead have been signed up to a membership scheme which they now have my bank details for.
