I ordered milk baking drops and some seconds of white Easter eggs, both to make a lactose free cake (chocolate with white chocolate buttercream). Both milk and white melted easily and became smooth, the chocolate was easy to work with and incorporated into the cake batter (milk) and 'butter' cream (white) easily. The taste and texture of the result was very good - easily as good as with conventional chocolate.

My order was dispatched within 24 hours and delivered the next day;; it was clearly marked not to leave in the sun (so the postman took steps to ensure it wasn't)

Very happy with my order and will certainly be using for the lactose free element of my daughter's wedding cake in the Autumn.

I love the fact that two of my grandchildren can experience the taste of chocolate. Thank you.

He ease of ordering and the quick delivery of the chocolates. My grandson has quite a few allergies, so the moofree, website is brilliant for him.

My daughter has an intolerance of casein, and was feeling quite down recently. I had Moofree send her a package of dairy free chocolates, which cheered her up no end!

I ordered some dairy free chocolate for my Gran's 95th Birthday (who has a diary intolerance). I have tried some of it and it tasted amazing. The parcel arrived very quickly after ordering and the chocolate was very well packaged and protected inside

I bought the moofreesas easter egg. The box had no plastic window, so I assumed there would be no plastic, which I wss very happy about. When I opened it I found that the egg was indeed encased in plastic, so it seemed the only reason the egg wasn't visible from the outside is because it's really small. I was so disappointed, and the taste wasn't great. I won't be buying Moo Free products again.

Treated my family to a big order
Well maybe just me as a perk up, was so excited to see a big box arrive filled with chocolate and everyone as delicious as the last (which is a lot) lovely customer service and fast free shipping. Not the first time I’ve ordered and definitely not the last. Am willing to be a taste tester for any future products :)

Not only amazing dairy free chocolate which is perfect for avoiding my allergy but also fabulous customer service - shoutout to Claire Yelland - who took my issue on Wednesday and immediately posted out my choccies which I received today, Friday! 100% recommend!

I appreciate anyone trying to cater to the vegan Market but their cookie crunch is the worst vegan product I've tried. Described as tasting 'creamy', it has an awful chemical taste with a plastic like texture. With so much variety in this area, I have no idea why this product is still on shelves.

Tried a couple of products for my vegan friend but could only give her the chocolate bars as the chocolate pieces did not arrive packaged, as shown on the website. They came in two thick blue plastic bags. - not great to gift and terrible for the environment

What can i say apart from what an amazing company the chocolate is perfect tastes amazing packaging is handled with care and dispatched quickly and great prices to match customer care is remarkable so polite just an amazing company I've bought regularly from moo free and I will continue to do so A+++++

Disgusting inedible fake chocolate - in addition to a paltry 30% cocoa the white chocolate Easter Egg we had the misfortune to be given had so many ingredients its got to be ultra processed food - you'll never convert people to veganism with this!?

Had the Easter egg hunt kit from them every year so that my daughter doesn’t miss out on the egg hunt. So disappointed that this year they’ve stopped doing eggs and instead inside are tiny flat egg shaped chocolates in wrappers! Now my daughter will be doing an egg hunt with other children who are all getting eggs (proper egg shaped eggs!) and she won’t. Just feels like a step back in terms of inclusion and not inline with what the brand did represent.
