I literally LOVEEEEEE these lenses. They feel so comfortable and look amazingg!!

Obsessed! I ordered the amber contacts with international shipping to sydney and it came within 5-7 business days and didn't cause any sort of irritation.

I’ve been using moodylenses for about three years now, and they’re fantastic! When my contacts were lost during delivery, the customer service was incredible. They immediately arranged a new delivery and promptly answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much! I highly recommend moodylenses.

I placed an order with MoodyLenses on April 9th (Order #77341), and the tracking shows that it was delivered and even marked as “collected.” However, I never received the package.

I contacted the postal service, and they opened a case. They have clearly stated that the sender must follow up from their side, as they cannot proceed further without the sender’s involvement.

I have reached out to MoodyLenses multiple times via email but have received no response at all. Being left without both the product and any form of customer support is extremely frustrating.

At this point, I am forced to escalate the matter further through my payment provider.

Based on my experience, the lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

This was my first time buying from them and I have to say the lenses I got are really comfortable. I got the Silicone Hydrogel because they are breathable and it’s 100% comfortable. I really wish they can have yearly contact in that same made but they don’t. I will definitely buy them again and it didn’t took that long to arrive. Probably a week or two? Definitely worth the hype.

I can’t find my package

I have tried to cancel my order twice, immediately after ordering and have received NO response.

There is no tracking information, or delivery estimation window.

I want to cancel and I want a refund.

The customer service is excellent. The lenses arrive in a timely manner, are very comfortable and breathable (especially the breath series). Their colors are also very natural. My favorite colored contacts. I use the dailies.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, but customer service fixed it immediately. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I’m checking on my order #78596 which was placed on April 13th. It has been a full week, but the status is still ‘Not Shipped’ and I have not received any tracking information.

Since the order hasn’t been sent out yet, I want to know why it’s delayed. If you cannot ship it immediately, please cancel the order and refund my $47.25 now.
