Claims parcel delivered, it has not. The website just flashs when you try and contact them.

Saw them on dragons den, thought it was a real, company niw having second thoughts

Don’t bother with these.

Ordered 3 bears got 1. Had a packing note saying 1 bear on back order and 1 on pre order. This was 3 weeks ago.

They don’t reply to emails, messages there is a mobile number given, however the person who answer it claims to be the babysitter / dogwalker.

Was supposed to be a nice present for the whole family and just hasn’t worked. Hugely disappointed

I ordered a bear a few weeks ago and was sent a dispatch email. This still hast arrived and tracking is showing the courier has not yet received.
I have tried emailing mood bears and it's taking a long time to get any response - however they were apologetic and ensured my order was sent out ASAP.
I'm really disappointed, i work in mental health, SEN and safeguarding, am a fan of Dragons Den and love this product. The bear is so soft and well made - he is perfect for snuggling!

Purchased the Mini Bear Mother’s Day Mood Teddy box to be delivered to mum who lives further south. The communication, delivery time and actual product were amazing! Will definitely purchase another Teddy as a gift again😊

Great gift box, 100% recommend. However maybe just tighten the lid on the lollie jar as when mine arrived all the Jaffa’s were everywhere and it looked like the lid wasn’t screwed on properly.

We purchased the blue bear and today my 90 year old mother in law opened her gift filled with chocolates, badge and the beautiful teddy.
It is her favourite colour and as she is in dementia care, loved the present.
